Chapter 7

"Come on Starburst it's just a ramp."

I soothed her as I attempted to load her. We were taking her and Mid back to Chesnut Park Riding Stable. When I finally managed to bribe Starburst into the trailer using a full bag of carrots we were finally off.

Arriving at the stable I Immediatly took Starburst to her stable. Starbursts stable seemed to have a visitor. Perplexed to why there was a huge blob of a black horse lying motionlessly in my ponies stable ignoring me and Starburst completely, I went to find Pam the owner of the stable.

She explained that Jack, which according to pam was the horses name, was a new horse.

" He needed a big stable so Starburst's was the only one I could think of." Pam explained.

"Don't worry though Steve has made a new stable so Jack can go in there." Steve by the way is Pam's husband.

When I got back on my way to put Starburst back in her stable I was relieved to find Laura leading Jack out.

Laura also rides she keeps her 14.2hh bay pony, Bubble Blast at the stable. We always ride together and she's an exceptionally good rider.
