I don't ask for a lot and I update...enough. If you like the chapters you read....why not spare a like? Especially for those that don't want to comment!

It helps me as an author know what you readers like/don't like and gives me the motivation I need to update.

Thank you!!!

I bite into a roasted leg of bull as I survey the vibrant scene. Tall white tents, decorated with the distinctive flags of Spain, had been erected in the acres surrounding my backyard.

Sheets of confetti and balloons were scattered across the garden room floor

Sheets of confetti and balloons were scattered across the garden room floor. Another barrel of wine and fermented beer were rolled down the dewy grass. Cuisines from every region past Navarro and Lisbòn had been prepared for the joyous occasion.

I couldn't help but notice Josephina in the distance, glaring at me with her tempting brown eyes. She knew every woman was eyeing my toned physique, each fervently praying to be the lucky girl I would choose to pleasure tonight. I knew the ceasefire of our toxic relationship had not settled well with her but I couldn't hide my joy and flashed a handsome smile her way but my lighthearted act had done nothing more than to anger her restless demons so I turn my back to ignore her icy stare.

I knew I needed to find another girl to fill Josephina's empty slot but all of the faces in this crowd bored me. One perky brunette appeared in my view, reaching across my arm for a pastry, obviously tempting me with her lust.

"You'll do" I whisper into her ear and sent a messenger to escort her to my room.

"Cheers to Esteban La Renta! Famous bullfighter of Espana: El Jefe!"

"Cheers" the party of 100 yell.

I smile and wave my palms for them to stop."Thank you all for joining me in celebration, but I do it all for him." I point to the sky and kiss my hands to my lips, "and I would be nothing without my devoted amigos! Together we are Los Ninos." I smile. Julio and Jàmes hug me affectionately as we recognize our brotherly bond.
