"VIVVVVVAAA ESPANA!!" the crowds cheered as the night continued on. Each of the three amigos smiled and waved to their adoring fans. My heart races as Esteban saw me in the booth and waved.

I smile and sent back a small wave. He looked so handsome in his matador suit. The crystal beads of his sequined jacket shined elegantly through the stadium light. He smiled and nodded his head to each person in the crowd, making them feel at ease.

"Now each matador will participate in thé act of affection! It is a tradition held before each match. This ceremony is rumored to bring good charm and spirit." The announcer exclaimed.

Each man walked to their respective woman or sibling and passed them their item. Esteban turned to the stands, playing on the hype of the crowd.

"Esteban!! Meeee!! pick meeee!!!" a thirsty girl behind me screamed.

"No! Me ! Me!!!" another woman yelled. My eyes rolled to the back of my head as I heard their desperate cries. He winked and continued to tease each girl.

"Those girls make a fool of themselves every single match. Esteban NEVER picks a girl for the act of affection" Hector bragged as he snacked on some hot corn.

After a few more minutes, he turned to me and walked halfway up the stairs. His soft hazel eyes were glued onto mine and he pointed to me.

"WHOOO!" the crowds cheered, excited at the turn of events

"WHOOO!" the crowds cheered, excited at the turn of events.

"It looks like Esteban is actually going to participate in the act of affection!! A first for the playboy matador. But who is the lucky lady?" the announcer yelled.

My cheeks flushed red as all eyes landed onto me. "Esteban no" I mouthed. I wasn't ready for the world to know that I was the one who caught el jefe's eye...
I blushed wondering why he would single me out against the crowd. We weren't supposed to be vocal about our actions.

"I want you séniorita" he announced, smiling handsomely. I tried to push Mariela to take my place but she refused. "No Anais! You!" she pushed me off. I looked at him as he waited in the aisles.

"I don't have anything?" I mouth to him. He tosses his black hat so I could catch it. The crowd cheered for me as I held it up, encouraging me to return an item.

Hector laughed and stared at me as I stood rigid in my spot."You have to throw something back senorita" he grinned.

"I don't have anything!" I blurted. The crowd coaxes me on, yelling at me to throw something.

"Anais! throw something back! He is waiting" Mariela smiled excitedly.

But... I had nothing to throw?
