I Hate You (A Tyrus Story)

Chapter Five

I walked through the hallways listening to music and felt a hard push against my shoulder making me drop my phone.

"Watch it Fag" I heard a voice say, I turned around and saw the guy that asked me for the answers in math yesterday.

"Maybe you should fucking watch it" I picked up my phone but he slapped it out my hand. "What the fuck is your problem?" The person hit my stomach with a hard blow and I clutched my hand around my stomach. A small group of kids surrounded us. The kid snatched my necklace off my neck and smirked.

"Give it back," I said sternly trying to keep calm.

"Cyrus just let him have it" I heard a familiar voice say.

"Give it back now!" I demanded balling up my fist.

"What are you gonna do you're a twig" The boy snickered punching me in my eye.

"Fuck this!" I ignored the pain and kicked the guy in his crotch and once he knelt down I punched him in the face hard enough to knock him on his side. I grabbed the necklace from his hands and began to repeatedly kick him in the stomach until teachers came to pull me off of him.

~(In The Principal's Office)~

Ryan and Eric walked through the doors of the office looking worried.

"Oh my god, Cyrus what happened?!" Eric said rushing over to me. I removed the ice pack from my face showing them the black eye I got.

"You should see the other guy" I said with a chuckle.

"Who did this to you Cy?" Ryan asked concerned.

"Mr. and Mr.Lennen please have a seat" They both sat down looking even more worried.

"Cyrus got into an altercation with another student today Cyrus is saying that the other kid hit first but nobody is saying anything"

"And who is this kid?" Eric said with anger in his voice.

"His name is Reed and I'm afraid I'll have to suspend both of them for the rest of the week."

"Bullshit! he hit me first then he broke my necklace" I said anger boiling in my body.

"Cyrus just calm down," Eric said patting my shoulder causing me to push his hand off.

"No! he hit me first why am I being punished you can ask Bambi she saw"

"Who?" Metcalf looked at me in confusion. I sunk into my chair and didn't say anything else. After they talked, they had to bring me back to their house. The car ride was silent and I felt stress and anxiousness fill the car.

"Yo-you guys believe me right?" I asked softly looking at my black eye on my phone camera.

"Of course we do," Ryan said softly. I reached in my pocket pulling out the broken necklace chain. Holding back tears.

"Hey um, can we go fix my necklace"

"Yeah sure," Ryan said giving me a smile. Eric pulled into the driveway and we went inside.

"Cy, do you mind going to your room? Ryan and I need to talk" Eric said in a stern voice.

"But I-"

"Now!" I jumped a little as he yelled afraid he was gonna hit me. I ran upstairs slamming my room door.

"I knew he wasn't gonna believe me" I lifted up the mattress pulling out my notebook and wrote.

I heard her voice again today only Greg knows about me hearing her. He agreed to keep it a secret even though he might lose his job. So um I'm just not ok so bitchy kid punched me and broke the necklace chain.

I felt a buzz in my pocket and I pulled out my phone.

I sighed opening the message he sent.

I looked outside the window at the sunset and smirked.

I put my phone on the charger after giving him the address and went downstairs to talk to them.

"Hey guys," I said softly.

"Yeah Cy," they said in unison.

"I'm sorry" I lied through my teeth putting on a  fake sorry smile.

"I shouldn't have fought him even if he did hit me first I should have just walked away" God I can't believe I'm doing this.

"Well thank you for apologizing and I'm sorry for yelling," Eric said smiling at me.

"It's whatever and please stop with the Cy"

"Hey your principal called and said there was a video of the fight and he did hit you first so your only suspended tomorrow"

"Yay," I said sarcastically going upstairs.

"Hey what do you want for dinner"

"I'm not hungry"

"Are you sure?"

"Yeah, I'm gonna head to bed early"

"You sure?"

"Yep" I went to the bathroom looking at my meds in the cabinet. I grabbed my toothbrush and closed the cabinet so Ryan and Eric would think I was getting ready for bed.
