Recap:
Off where Urahara and his crew stood on top of the building which contained both Chad and Orihime; Rukia sat a few feet away crouching on her knees once again. The shock of the whole thing had knocked the wind out of her; she couldn't believe that there was so much power hidden inside of Ichigo. She also thought of the repercussions he would face now that he had defeated such a beast; any hollow that shows up in the human world is immediately reported to the Soul Society. With that being said, the had to of known that a Menos Grande showed up in Karakura town, and on top of that, they also would've known that someone had defeated it. Sooner rather than later, somebody would come looking, and she didn't know if she would be able to protect him or not. Subsitute Soul Reapers weren't exactly smiled upon in the Soul Society; if someone were to find him, he would most likely be killed.
On the other end of the roof, Tessai and Jinta came sprinting towards Urahara who had remained silent while watching the power struggle between the Quincy boy and Izumi while reangling in Ichigo's spiritual pressure; he couldn't believe that she had kept that kind of dangerous power in check for all these years on top of the control she would have to keep over herself. If they were lucky, and other Soul Reapers did appear in Karakura town, then hopefully they would take the boy instead of her; she's aged now, and he hoped that it would protect her identity for as long as possible. If the Soul Society were to catch wind of her existence then things could get ugly rather quickly; especially now since her full power has returned.
"Come on! Let's follow them Jinta!" Tessai roared pulling the shop owner from his thoughts; at the sight of his people Urahara nodded his head. He wanted to be the one to see if Izumi was alright first.
"I'll leave that crack in the sky for you to fix." he said loudly stopping the older man in his thoughts, Tessai immediately nodded his head and began pulling a special trowel from the bag on his back while Jinta was too distracted by a fly buzzing around him. Without thinking it through, the boy used the giant hammer like weapon in his hand to smash the fly which resulted in a large crack forming on the roof below their feet. Urahara paused and excessed the situation before shaking his head, even after everything he and the others had tried to teach that boy, he was still too immature to handle delicate situations; if he were, then he'd know that it wasn't just a fly he had killed, but a camera of sorts that allowed Soul Reapers too look in on things without passing through worlds; a spy of sorts.
....
"Where's the compass scroll?" one male voice asked another while they stared down at a tiny screen the unspeaking male held in his hands. Their camera had just been destroyed by an unknown force and they were offically left in the dark.
"I'm not sure." the man who held the small screen said before holding up an image of Rukia Kuchiki. She was their target. A solider who had gone off the map months ago.
"Hey, which direction are we supposed to go?" the first man asked impatienly while looking around at this foreign surroundings. He hadn't really wanted this job to begin with, but now that he and his accomplise were tracking the girl, they couldn't stop now.
"I'm releasing the butterflies of hell." he second man muttered, suddenly two beautiful black butterflies began fluttering in the human world; these surved but one purpose, and that purpose was to gather information, and to teleport Soul Reapers from the Soul Society to the human world. Without another word, the two men were transferred into the human world and were now stading on Earths atmosphere; silently they looked down at a small town that slept peacfully below them.
"Capture her, otherwise, kill her." the second man said while stuffing the image of Rukia into his robe pocket. Winds blew from behind them making their cloths ruffle. The first man stepped forwards before closing his eyes with regret.
