"Lee, wake up" I shook her body gently, not wanting to make her shock from a sudden force on her body.
The journey from Daegu back to Seoul took us around 4 hours since I was driving not too fast since I wasn't in a rush. I drove in a total relax while Lee was sleeping beside with a soft snore, probably felt so tired after a whole day exploring Daegu.
I heard a soft grunt came from her before she slowly blink her eyes open. She looked around only to see darkness around her.
"Where are we? What time is it now?" She asked me, with her eyes almost closed.
I looked at my watch, "It's 12.30am now and we're already arrived here at your house".
"Oh" She mumbled before pouting, "I don't wanna go home".
She wrapped her arms around my neck before snuggling her face into the crook of my neck. I was a little startled by her sudden cling but hugged her back.
"Why, baby?" I asked her.
She shook her head, "I don't wanna go home. I wanna be with you, not alone".
I smiled, "You want to sleep in my apartment instead?".
She nodded her head, "Please".
"Okay okay. Now go back to sleep while I drove us back to my apartment, okay?" I told her, pushing her body gently to let her lay back down on the seat.
I started the engine back and drove both of us back to my apartment. The ride was in silence again, only a soft snore could be heard from Lee. I looked at her before chuckle at her cuteness. I swear she is so adorable.
The silence of the ride was soon broke off by the sudden rang of my phone. I looked at my phone and saw Rachel's name on the screen. I practically face-palmed myself as a sudden realisation hits me. How can I bring Lee home if Rachel is there? Oh my god, Tae, you're so dumb!
I took my phone and hit the green button to answer the phone call.
Me: Hello?
Rachel: Hello, Tae. I'm sorry for disturbing you. I called you just to tell you that I moved out from your apartment and stay in a hotel instead. After what I've done, I'm sure you don't wanna see my face in the apartment.
Me: It's okay. I'm back in Seoul. I'll see you tomorrow.
Rachel: Tomorrow?
Me: Yea, I'll text you.
Rachel: O-Okay then.
With that, I hung up the phone and was about to put it back before another call came in. I looked at screen as saw Jimin's name this time. I tapped the green button to answer his phone call.
Me: Hello?
Jimin: Hello? Oh my god, Tae! Finally you picked up my phone call!
Me: Yea, everything's back to normal. That's why I picked it up.
Jimin: Back to normal? What do you mean? Lee has explained everything to you?
Me: Yea, and more than that.
Jimin: More than that? What do you mean?
Me: She's with me right now. Sleeping.
Jimin: O-Oh! You guys-
Me: Yup! She's mine now.
Jimin: OH MY GOD! FUCKING FINALLY!
I laughed as soon as I heard Jimin cursed from the other side. I soon heard he told Miso about it, making the girl also screamed in happiness.
Me: Miso with you?
Jimin: Yea, she sleepover. BUT DUDE! I CAN'T BELIEVE THE DAY FINALLY COME! FINALLY MY SUFFERING ENDED!
Me: What are you talking about? *laugh*
Jimin: You think you know everything? No, Tae. I'm both you and Lee's pillar of strength. You have no idea how I had to be strong for both of you. You still haven't know about that thing yet.
Me: About what?
Jimin: We'll catch it on tomorrow. You need to tell me everything that had happened too, between the both of you.
Me: Okay, sure! We'll meet up tomorrow.
Jimin: Okay. Rest up with Lee!
Me: Okay, you too!
