Chapter 28

— If I never lie from the beginning, will everything turn out the way I want?

Jimin's POV

"Two scoops of cookies and cream in a cup and two scoops of chocolate ice-cream please" I ordered.

While the worker preparing my order, I looked around the shop before my eyes landed on Miso who was waiting for me at the outside bench. I smiled at the beautiful back view of her before turning back to the front.

"It's all for 28, 000 won" She said while tapping on the monitor.

I took out my wallet from the back pocket of my jeans and took out the notes to pay for the ice-creams. She then gave me the balance and receipt which I gladly took it and kept it in my wallet.

"Thank you" I thanked her while crumpling the receipt on my hand.

I took the ice-cream cups before walked to the door to go back to Miso. I pushed the door open with my body as my hands are already occupied whith the cups. I walked back to Miso with a smile, planning to give her a little surprise.

I crept up on her back and placed her ice-cream cup on her cheeks to send sudden chills on her nerves. Her body jumped in shock, making her turned to the back and looked at me.

"Oppa!" She half-shouted before pouting.

"Sorry" I said while grinning cheekily, "Here's your ice-cream".

I handed her cookies and cream ice-cream which she gladly took it. She scooped the ice-cream in hurry and eat it. She hummed in satisfaction, making me smile at the sight of it. I quickly eat my ice-cream before turning back to look at her.

"Wanna taste mine?" I asked her, showing her my ice-cream.

"What's your flavour? Chocolate?" She asked while scooping my ice-cream.

I nodded my head and just looked at her every movement in admire. I smiled as her eyes widened in shock after she had a taste of my chocolate ice-creams.

"It tastes really good! Very creamy and sweet" She exclaimed before scooping again to have a taste pf it again.

I laughed a little at how her eyes sparkled at the taste of it. I'm so lucky to have someone as cute as her. I'm in love.

Just then, my phone rang. I took my phone from my jeans pocket and looked at the caller ID.

"Hoseok hyung?" I mumbled in questioning before sliding the button to answer the call.

Me: Hello? Hoseok hyung?
Hoseok hyung: Hello, Jimin! Have you seen Tae anywhere?
Me: Tae? No, I didn't. Why?
Hoseok hyung: He isn't picking up my call. I just one to talk to him about the misunderstanding. Can you call him and clear this thing?
Me: If that's the case, I'm pretty sure he won't pick up my call too.
Hoseok hyung: This is a big problem. He won't talk to any of us. What should we do? We can't just wait for it to settle down.
Me: I know.. I'll try to talk to him.
Hoseok hyung: Please do. Call me if anything.
Me: Sure will.

I tapped the red button and stared on the screen to think either should I call him or not. Part of me are sure he won't pick up the call no matter how many time I try to call him. What should I do?

"Why, oppa? Who is it?" Miso asked as she turned to look at me.

"It's Hoseok hyung. He asked me to try and talk to Tae about the misunderstanding. He already tried but Tae refused to answer to any of his calls. So, he asked me to try because I'm the closest to him besides Lee" I told her before heaving out a heavy sigh.
