Hey...please don't hate me by the end of this chapter. All I'm going to say is...
Enjoy(While it lasts)
-Les❤️I looked out to the ocean, Sky telling me to come to him.
I ran, laughing, skipping, doing whatever came to my mind.
"There's something I need to tell you." Sky frowned.
"I-"
My phone rang loud and long, waking me up from my Sky flavored dreams.
I scratched my head and yawned picking up the phone.
"Hallow?" I yawned again.
"Hey, Juney." The familiar voice said.
"Aunt Gia? What are you doing calling me at," I glanced at the time, "Nine in the morning!"
I heard laughter from the other end, "I was going to ask if you could watch the kids today."
"Noah and Emeline? I haven't seen them in so long."
"Yes, I know. But, something came up and I forgot to ask you a day prior. What do you say?"
I thought about it for a second, "Um, sure! They weren't too bad last time. I could use some bonding with my favorite cousins."
Aunt Gia chuckled, "Okay, Sweets. I'll drop them off at eleven. See you!"
"Take care." I hung up and put my phone on my nightstand.
I looked over to see Sky, still fast asleep.
Oh, how mean it would be to ruin this, truly, peaceful moment.
"WAKE UP! WAKE UP!" I hit him with my pillow.
He groaned and I laid on top of him and whispered, "Sky, Sky..."
Sky groaned again, not cooperating with me, "Wake the frick up!"
"Language, Summers." Sky hugged me, putting me back on my side of the bed.
"We have to do something today." I got up from the bed and opened the curtain wide.
He covered himself with the comforter, "What is it?"
"More like 'Who is it'."
Sky headed into the kitchen and I followed behind, the warm tiles touching my bare feet.
"Someone's coming?" He turned the CoffeeMaker on.
"Yeah," I smiled, "Aunt Gia's kids, Noah and-"
"Emeline." He finished, "You babysat them all the time last summer."
