The Bell for Tomorrow

Do you know
what you said?

How you wanted to take my head
and throw it
against the wall?
And watch it fall?

Shattering like glass,
faster than fast.

I was only eleven.
Already wishing I was in heaven.
And not your hell.
Oh well.

It broke my heart.
I bet you'd like to see that
fall apart.

Congratulations!
You've succeeded in making me sorrow.
But you've forgotten one thing.
There definitely is a tomorrow.

It's my turn now.
I'd take a vow.
On making your life hell.
You aren't prepared?
Oh! There's the bell.
