"Okay so, we have the water but what do we do with it now?" Link questioned.

We were eating our breakfast and I was admittedly already feeling better than last night. Link was like an older brother to me and he really knew how to make me feel better.

I placed down my spoon and pondered.

"Maybe I have to like bathe in it or something. I don't know, look at the book." I went back to eating.

He sighed and got up to put his bowl in the sink, collecting the book from the sofa on his way back.

He began studying the text in front of him and hummed.

"Aha!" he exclaimed," it says here that you need to add three drops to a lake. Any lake. It doesn't matter how big or how small, as long as it is indeed a lake."

"Ooh! What about skyloft lake?"

"I don't think that would be a good idea.."

"Why not?"

"Performing a ritual in public doesn't exactly sound like a good idea to me."

"Oh yeah.."

"There is a lake on the surface.." he mumbled.

"Really? Is it peaceful there?"

"Yes, it's lovely but it is also home to the parella."

"The..what?"

"They're these aquatic creatures. They won't hurt you so don't worry." He reassured.

"I'm not sure if this water will affect them so it might be unsafe."

"Can we go to the surface? What's it like?"

"It's unsafe."

"Link I can look after myself."

"Mhm.." he hummed sarcastically.

I just crossed my arms in defeat. He had a point, I was always getting myself into trouble.

Ghirahim's pov

So they're going to the surface.. seems like the perfect opportunity! Worry not my dear y/n, I am coming for you!

I'll finally be able to taste your blood again..

Link's pov

y/n Really is something else. She's so childish yet she exudes confidence. It's strange but she makes me feel a certain way. Every time she smiles my chest tightens. What's happening to me?

"Link are you ready to go?" Y/n called from the other room.

She had somehow managed to convince me to take her to the surface.

Even hearing her voice gets me flustered now. Am..Am I afraid of her? No, she's so kind and sweet and pretty and-

She walked into the room and was wearing a slightly more skimpy version of her usual outfit.

Don't get me wrong she looked great but I couldnt bring myself to make eye contact after that.

"Y-you look go-ood." I stuttered.

Omg, man I can't believe I stuttered like that!

She giggled,"thank you. Now let's go!"

She marched out of the door.

Like I said, she really is something else.

I've decided that I've changed my mind about Link beating Demise. Don't worry I'm going to go back and change it in the previous chapters. Sorry for the inconvenience and for not updating as regularly as I usually do.
