This is indeed the last chapter and I just want to give a shoutout to Pinemartenn for daring me to make this and helping me through some of my writers block. I also want to thank everyone that comments, I read every single comment I get and I appreciate all of the support.

Link and I had been travelling for about a day. It was beautiful, gorgeous even. The new creatures and plants you had seen since you came to the surface were astounding. Like from a fairy tale, although admittedly I was starting to get tired of walking.

I groaned.

"Worry not, y/n it's not going to be long until we're there. In fact were here!"

He stopped in his tracks and admired the scenery. As did I, it was beautiful and vivid.

"Woah!" I gasped.

I'm never forgetting this place.

Link chuckled.

"Well let's go and ask permission for this ritual."

"Sounds kind of menacing.."

He chuckled again.

Time skip to after the meeting cause I'm lazy

"I'm so glad they let us do it!" I exclaimed.

"They even let us have our own section of the lake." Link replied.

Guess we should get to work!

He opened the bottle and poured it all in to the lake.

"Right," he opened the book," it says you need to be fully submerged in the water and anything you wish to bring with you needs to make direct contact with your skin."

He looked over at me.

I can't believe we're doing this! I'll be able to see dad! And Jamie I guess...

Link's pov

She slowly made her way into the water until she was waist deep.

I'm going to miss her, maybe a little bit too much.

"Y/n, I'm going to miss you."

"Me too, you're like a brother to me, despite the fact we met a couple of months ago. I promise not to forget you."

I smiled. This was the point of no return. Once I said the magic spells written down, I would never see this girl again, this sweet, beautiful girl.

I exhaled in sadness.

"Bedyrne ús!" I glanced over to y/n as she was now fully underwater, I continued, "astýre ús þanonweard!"

The water began to glow different shades of blue, purple, pink, yellow and green as the spectrum danced across the surface of the water. Water droplets began dancing in the air and became increasingly more powerful. All of a sudden the magic came to a climax and a poof of smoke formed out of the centre of the spell.

"Y-y/n?" I called out to see if the spell had worked.

No response.

"Haha yes!!" I started jumping around and dancing.

Then I stopped.

I already miss her.

And this brings me to present day, I am currently sat underwater, I can barely hear anything. The water is changing colours around me and I'm starting to feel sentimental.

After all Link and I have been through together and I'm never going to see him again. All the friends I've made like Zelda, Groose, Granny and the kind old man at the bookshop. And I was leaving, without saying goodbye to most of them. Would they remember me? Would I remember them?

I feel a hand clutch my neck and I gasp for air even though I'm underwater.

The hand turns me to face a familiar face I never wanted to have to see again.

"You thought you could get away from me?"

His voice is crystal clear. He's come for me and I know now that there is no escaping.

He then smiles and starts dragging me down, I'm losing my breath and fast. Black stars are starting to dance around my vision and I slowly get pulled into the dark abyss, never to be heard from..again...
