Lizzy crashed into a frozen Emerald.

"Em, what are you-" she followed Emerald's line of sight, "Oscar's over there!" At once Livvy dashed over to Oscar who still had the mystery girl resting in his arms. She smiled into the camera of her phone as she snapped a few selfies of herself with the two superstars. Emerald reached for the sunglasses over her head and slipped them on, trying to ignore the hurt that made her heart slightly ache.

"Oscar is with the singer Tay Brooks! Remember I told you about her?"

"Yes I do..." Emerald sighed. She noticed Oscar look in her direction and she turned away, hoping that he wouldn't come up to them.

"Emerald," Livvy whispered, nudging her side, "I don't want to scare you but, Oscar's coming over."

Indeed, Oscar was coming over, and had left the pretty blonde to text on her phone. Livvy excused herself and declared that she needed to urgently use the toilet before the concert started.

"Hello there," greeted Oscar, "Nice to meet you. Are you a fan-girl for me?"

"I guess you could say that," mumbled Emerald in response, "a secret one to say the least." Oscar chuckled, the same lilting sound that she had heard every single day for 6 years filled the air.

"Well, I hope that your photos are as good as your outfit!" Oscar joked, smiling brightly. He waved as his stylist ushered him over. "I've got to run. Enjoy the show!" He grinned before he turned towards the impatient red haired lady and jogged towards her. Emerald sighed and decided to go find her seat, she would meet up with Livvy later. Her mind was still filled with swirling thoughts of Oscar and the singer that he had been with. She remembered when he was still unsure of sharing his songs with the world. Those times were so long ago, she thought.

"Oscar! This is the best song you've ever written!"

Oscar gave her a lopsided smile as he strummed his guitar. It was a pleasant spring day, and the two of them were sitting under their favourite oak tree by the oval. The footballers had just finished training, and were jostling with each other as they made their way to the school gym. Emerald smiled to herself. Although Oscar had an undeniable talent for sport, he much preferred to goof off and play music. She just wished that he would share his songs with the world.

"Oscar, imagine this." Emerald spread her hands out in front of her, gesturing at the field. "This could all be your audience. Cheering your name at your very own concert!"

Oscar rolled his eyes but smiled. "Emmy, I really doubt that would ever happen. I'm just a boy with a guitar, you know." He joked.

Emerald leaned back on the soft grass and rested her hands behind her head, "It's just cool to dream. I would be sitting in the front row, cheering you on, and then you would look at me and smile."

"Why would I look at you and smile?"

"I don't know, maybe because I was the one that led you to the stage." Emerald grinned at him.

Oscar joined her on the grass and glanced up at the fluffy clouds. "I would only do it for you." He said seriously, focussing his eyes on the shifting cotton shapes.

Emerald smiled back, "And I'll support you the whole way. I'll always be there to cheer you on, no matter what."

"Give it up for Oscar Dayton!" The crowd went crazy as a handsome Oscar was lowered down from the roof on a moon shaped box, stars hanging in the black background. Suddenly the lights were killed and the stars suddenly became illuminated. A single spotlight highlighted him amongst the dark backdrop. All the girls started yelling excitedly, before they calmed down as he was about to start. Everyone sang along to Oscar's hits, but Emerald noticed that all the songs he was singing on his 'Starry Night' tour were all soulful, not like his normal upbeat songs. As Oscar sang 'Always You', his eyes seemed to be searching the crowd for someone. Emerald snapped a quick picture of Oscar as he looked her right in the eye and the side of his mouth tilted up. From her side she heard a noise, and saw Livvy slip into the seat beside her.
