in the next part of his adventure, kevin goes on a journey through the hoenn region and meets new pokemon, battles new characters and much more. this is the third book in the series, i would suggest reading the other books:
POKEMON a new journey...
Kevin looks over to Gwen and the doors shut. "that will be 1,600 Poke dollars..." says the man sighing. "here you go, keep the change..." i say grabbing onto Gwen and running out the door, "go Tailow!" i say sending out the pokemon. Tailow is flying in the air. "Tailow i need you to find a woman who is close by! she's wearing a green sweatshirt and ripped blue jeans!" i yell. Tailow just looks at me, and then looks away. "Tailow please! if you dont find her then innocent pokemon will be hurt!" i yell. that caught tailow's attention. "please find her!" i yell.
Tailow flies off. "what makes you think he'll come back?" Gwen asks. "i dont..." i say. Gwen goes silent. Tailow comes back two minutes later. "did you find her!?" i yell up to him, "Tailow!" it yells with positiveness, "alright lead us to her!" i say. tailow leads the way. "are you sure its her?" Gwen asks. "im sure... the ring was on her finger as clear as day." i say. the sun goes down and the moon starts to shine the world. we find the woman in an ally way putting on a mask and black clothes. "tailow return!" i yell tailow comes back. the woman turns to see us at the entrance of the ally-way.
"congratulations. you found me... what now?" she asks. "We beat you in a battle." says Gwen. "go Wurmple!" i yell. "go Umbreon!" yells Gwen. umbreon and wurmple are sent out. "oh well... looks like it cant be helped. those pokemon wouldn't be worth anything anyway... say? its been a while since i had a battle, lets do this then..." she says pulling out a pokeball. "go salamence!" she says. a Salamence fills the ally way. "alright, wurmple use string shot!" i yell. "Umbreon, shadow ball!" Gwen yells.
Wurmple fires a lot of string shot, it wraps salamence's face and wings together. then the shadow ball hits salamence's neck exploding. "salamence, use flamethrower!" yells Laura. the strings burn off of salamence and the flames aim at umbreon. "umbreon dodge it!" yells Gwen. umbreon dodges quickly. "alright now use tackle wurmple!" i yell. Wurmple bashes into the Salamence, salamence looks down at wurmple. "use dragon claw salamence!" yells Laura. salamence's claw glows a Green color and slashes wurmple who is knocked out by the attack. "wurmple return!" i yell. Wurmple is absorbed into the pokeball.
"come on out mudkip!" i yell. mudkip blasts out of the pokeball. "mudkip, mud slap!" i yell, "now umbreon use dark pulse!" Gwen yells. "Salamence use dragon pulse" says Laura. mudkip smacks salamence's face and his eyes are covered in mud. Dark pulse then blasts salamence. "salamence wipe the mud off of your face with your tail!" yells Laura. salamence releases a roar and wipes the mud off of his eyes and blasts a dragon pulse at both mudkip and umbreon. "quick dodge it!" both me and Gwen yell. mudkip is successful at dodging the attack but umbreon is blasted and is unable to battle. "umbreon return!" says Gwen absorbing her hurt pokemon back. "go Beautifly!" yells Gwen. the pokemon springs from the pokeball.

Beautifly The Butterfly Pokemon
Beautifly's favorite food is the sweet pollen of flowers. If you want to see this Pokemon, just leave a potted flower by an open window. Beautifly is sure to come looking for pollen.
"Beautifly use Fairy wind!" yells Gwen. Beautifly blasts a gust with pink dust in it. "quick use your gust to stop it!" yells Laura. the fairy wind is too powerful for Salamence to contend with, the damage is super effective. then a spot light flashes on Laura. "what!?" she yells. salamence is then hit with an ice beam from above on top of the building. salamence is unable to battle.
"when did you?!" Laura yells, looking at my hand, my poke-gear phone has the police dialed. "no way!" she screams returning her Salamence. i return mudkip and Gwen returns Beautifly. the police run over to her and handcuff her. she glares at me and Gwen. "ill find you when i break out..." she says as she is put into the back of the police car. "sure you will..." says Gwen chuckling. "you there..." says one of the officers.
"how were you able to compete with her?" he asks, "well we weren't really... we were just waiting for the officials to get here." i laugh. "well done... here take this..." the man put out his hand, an HM within it. "that HM is HM03 it contains surf... you can cross bodies of water with it. take it as a thanks." the policeman says. "thank you!" i say grabbing it and handing it to Gwen.
we accompany the police to Laura's apartment where we find all the stolen pokemon that we could find. the next morning me and Gwen found Ethan and Darius and gave back their Nidoking and Magcargo. Later that day we went to Charlotte's house and returned her Aggron. she told use that we have hearts that are true. Once everything was set right here in Odale Town we started heading to the next city, where i heard a gym resides... Petalburg city...
