Living Lifeless

Living Lifeless

 Things being done 

and things being gone. 

Did we ever had a plan 

on things such as life?

 Decide, decide. 

Put the hesitation aside. 

Life's time is limited 

Learn to cherish it. 

 How many times? 

Five? Four? 

A thousand times before 

that things gone to nothing 

and got wasted for nonsense. 

 Think and compare 

How life then and now differ. 

Face and never hide 

to prevent more lies. 

 Be good they say 

that's how life should stay. 

But never did we know 

how to live by our own. 

 We depend, we depend. 

On things that surrounds. 

We rely and rely 

even though things aren't right.

 We control

 and have been controlled. 

You all know how it feels like. 

Just to think of that, 

Is this the life we destined to have? 

 So what did future do? 

It made past back tothe days 

that never should have. 

Never should've gone. 

 Terrible, terrible. 

It isn't ourselves we control. 

We are all as puppets 

and life is the holder of the strings. 

 Do you know or do you not? 

That we are not living as that

 or does it seemed like we lived,

 Living in a lifeless life.

 Lifeless, lifeless. 

We are all empty 

 and never been filled. 

Life is empty, 

or so it seemed. 

 Troubles and complex. 

Life has all of it. 

Sadness, madness 

Unable to be escaped. 

 So why do you think, 

we live like this?

 Why do life is cruel

 like how it is? 

The answer is...that 

we are all Lifeless! 

an empty controlled puppet,

 living in a lifeless life.
