You were invited to join Quentin Beck to work in a secret place, soon after you find out the reason why he was doing the secret project.
Soon you start developing feelings for him, and so does he.
One day, an explosion happen...
"Come on, please, don't to this to me" I held in my tears.
Her body was injured badly.
I can't let anything happen to her, I can't.
Some people came down to see what happened.
"What are you looking at?! Help me get her out, she needs help!" I said angrily.
They rushed and helped to lift her out of here.
We brought her upstairs into the medical room.
"Quentin, we need to try to save her. Wait here, you can watch from here" Sydney told me.
She was our doctor.
I don't know what I'll do if anything happens to her.
I paced back and forth, nervous.
John walked towards me.
"Sir, I...." He paused
"This is your fault" I looked at him.
"You let her go down there!" I yelled and grabbed his shirt.
"If anything, ANYTHING happens to her, you're a dead man" I said as I grabbed his shirt harder.
"Quentin you need to calm down" He said.
"Calm down?!" I shoved him to a wall.
"She was the one who insisted to go down there Quentin! You think I purposely let her go?! I tried to get her out but it was too late!" John yelled.
I let go of him.
"Sir" Sydney called me.
I followed her into the medical room.
She was still unconscious.
"There's a good news and a bad news" She said in a low tone.
"She's going to be alright but" She paused.
"But?" I asked, scared.
"Our scanner is picking up strong radiation inside her body. I believe it was from the Teserract" She told me.
"Where's the Teserract now?" I asked.

"It was stolen"She pressed her lips.
I turned around to some of my assistants.
"You know how much the teserract means to me. So what are you waiting for, find it!" I raised my voice.
"Is the radiation harming her body?" I asked Sydney.
"That's the scary part. It isn't" She looked at me.
I looked at her.
"All we can do now is wait for her to recover from the injuries she faced. Fortunately nothing major, but she needs to rest" Sydney said.
I nodded.
"For now, we can't to anything about the radiation. We don't know how or what to do. That blast should have killed her and same goes to the radiation in her body" She continued.
"We'll run some tests tomorrow, to find out more" She looked at (y/n)
"Thank you, Sydney. You can take the day off, you've done enough"
She nodded and left the room.
I sat beside (y/n) and held her hand.
"You're going to be okay (y/n) , I promise you"
I care for her, a lot.
Her eyes, her smile.
Ah, she's irresistible.
I might have fall for her, and I don't regret anything.
