The truth

"Are you going to kill me, Thanos?" I looked at him.

He had a smile on his face.

"What is it you want?" I crossed my arms.

"I was hoping you'd ask" He said as he stepped closer to him.

He, he had four stones.

I was relieved that he didn't have the time stone.

"When my world faced extinction , I offered a solution"

He used his gauntlet are our surrounding changed into his planet, I assumed.

"Genocide?" I looked at him.

"But random his passion is fair to rich and poor alike. They called me a madman, and what I predicted came to pass"

"Congratulations, you're a prophet" I said sarcastically as I looked around.

"I'm a survivor"

"Who wants to murder trillions!" I yelled at him.

"With all the stones that I collect, I could simply snap my fingers and half the universe would cease to exist, I call that....mercy"

I looked at him in disbelief.

"You're a madman"

"No, it's a simple calculus, this universe is finite, it's resources, finite. If life is left unchecked, life would cease to exist. It's needs correction" He stood in front of me.

"You don't know that Thanos!"

"I'm the only one who knows that. At least I'm the only one with the will to act on it" He said, furious.

"And then what?"

"I finally rest, watch the sun set on a grateful Universe. The hardest choices require the strongest will. But for now, killing you is my priority" He smiled.

"Are you scared of me Thanos?"

"I simply see you as a threat. No one should be able to posses the direct powers of the Space stone, it's impossible"

"But yet here I am. You're going to loose Thanos. I will be the threat you fear I am"

"You're afraid of what I can do. You know something don't you?" I bravely approached him.

"You better watch out (y/n). It would be a shame to see the people around you die because of your actions" He smiled evilly, and disappeared.

"(y/n)" I turned around to see Strange on the floor, coughing.

I ran to him, panicking.

"Hey, hey are you okay?" I tried to help him.

He became still and didn't move.

I checked his pulse, nothing.

My tears were ready to fall.

I stood still in my tracks when I saw Quentin with blood and a sword in his stomach.

"Quentin!" I yelled and approached him.

"Oh my God, hey, hey look at me" I cried.

"You did this, you did this (y/n)! You killed us!" He screamed.

"No, no, no. I didn't, I wouldn't" I cried and closed my eyes.

I felt a hand grabbing me.

"Come on" It was an unfamiliar voice.

I closed my eyes and cleared my mind, then opened it, looking at Loki.

I was still crying, and he, he hugged me.

"Calm down" He said.

"Where are we?" I looked at him.

"Far, far away from earth" He looked at me.

"Thanos brought you here, so he can get the stone on earth easier"

I sighed, Thanos messed me up, real, real bad.

"What are we going to do now?" I asked.

"Can't you teleport?" He asked.

"Wait, wait. Firstly, how do you know me, Loki?" I looked at him.

"Funny story" He chuckled.

I raised my eyebrows.

"Remember the stolen Teserract?"

I gasped. Tony was right, Loki did steal it.

"And the explosion was on purpose" He said.

"I'm sorry, on purpose!?" I exclaimed.

"DID YOU TRY TO KILL ME" I said, shocked.

"I've been observing you for a while, and only the one worthy enough can obtain it's powers, and I had to do it, or else we wouldn't stand a chance against Thanos"

"Stop saying that, why is everyone saying that. I can't face him Loki. Look at me, look at what he did to me, he didn't even fight me, and I'm already loosing to him. You chose the wrong person, Loki" I said, frustrated.

"Look, I know you're expecting me to give you some words of encouragement but screw that. Stop doubting yourself and making yourself feel bad. Get off your ass and fight him, we'll fight him together with your team, and stop acting like a child" He said in one breath.
