THIS PIC RIGHT HERE IS MI SHIP! 👌 it is bootiful
Rusted and heavy metal resided all around the room. Concrete walls rose up to at least 12 feet in height. Cells were stacked neatly side by side, some acting as a home for small little creatures that would scurry around the dungeon at night. A thin layer of hay, made to increase the comfort if only by a little, sat over the stone ground.
This was a place designed to hold unwelcome and unwanted 'visitors'. And unfortunately there was currently a so called visitor, staying in one of the prison cells.
A green haired girl sat patiently waiting for someone, anyone to come get her. She was told that a guard would escort her to the throne room, where she would be judged and given a punishment for her wrong doings. And so she crossed her legs and leaned back against the ruff and dirty stone walls.
She decided to take a piece of hay and rub it in between her fingers, causing it to start breaking apart into two thinner pieces. She continued doing this with multiple pieces, trying to run away from her complicated, stressing thoughts. But soon she realized it was to no avail as more and more question popped into her head.
Why would Sho do that to me? How could he?
He was the first person she felt she could really trust after her mom died, and she started her career as a thief. And that trust, that had taken years to become has strong as it did, had shattered in the span of only a few seconds. She opened her heart to him and he crushed that, too.
But no matter how many times Deku replayed the events in her head she just couldn't shake the surprised face Sho had displayed. And not only did he seem shocked, but he looked so hurt, like he didn't want any of this to happen. Like he wasn't the one behind it. The green haired girl shook her head, afterwards leaning it into her left hand. But who else could've known? And without any one in mind Deku had no choice but to blame the boy that she had fallen in love with.
Deku looked up to the cracked ceiling. It was the same plain gray as the rest of the room. She traced each and every crack and spiderweb with her gaze and let her depressing and discouraging thoughts run through her head.
She didn't want to believe that Sho could have ever betrayed her like that. Didn't he love her? Did he ever really love her? No, if he did he wouldn't have turned his back on her. But what would his reason for lying be? What was the point of acting as her friend for three years only to turn on her in at the end?
Tears streamed down the thief's cheeks before she could stop them. She covered her eyes once she became aware. Ugly sobs echoed off the walls.

A day had passed when a solider enveloped in golden arm appeared through the brownish red bars. He carried with him a ring of heavy looking keys that fit in well with the theme of the prison. He flipped through the keys till he found the one desired. He then proceeded to push the object into the key hole, and turn it until a loud click could be heard. With an uncomfortable sound of metal against stone the door was open and the guard walked into the hay covered area.
Deku watched all of this, feeling weak from lack of food as she had yet to been fed. The man leaned down, taking her wrists and tightly tied them together with a piece of rope. Being forced on her feet, Deku stood with shaky knees. Without exchanging any words the man lead Deku out of the dungeon.
A rush of blood caused Deku's vision to blur, and even after it passed her vision was blurry. Because of this she was unable to pay attention to where she was, where she was headed, and her surroundings in general. But when she was harshly thrown on the ground she weakly looked up into a fiery gaze.
King Enji, sat a few meters in front of her, staring with a hatred that would've scared anyone half to death. But Deku didn't care, she wasn't taken aback. She wasn't scared. She was going to die. She had come to that conclusion the day before. There was no way that she could live through this, after all this man and the rest of the kingdom had been after her for years.
"Izuku Midroiya, you are sentenced to be hung tomorrow. Crimes being multiple thefts against local merchants, and the attempt to take advantage and manipulate my son, the heir to the throne."
Deku snapped her head up in the king's direction. "Wait what? Take advantage and manipulate your son!? What on earth are you talking about?"
"Oh, you still must not know." The cruel king started at her pathetically, such a cold glare. And he nodded his head to the right of him.
Deku, not breaking eye contact, slowly turned her head in the direction he nodded to. Finally she tore her gaze away from the king and looked at a familiar face. Sho. He looked down, shamefully. And Deku immediately noticed his hair wasn't brushed and he had bags under his eyes. A heavy feeling immediately filled her heart, realization settling in.
No, no, no, no, no. No. NO. "NO!" It can't be. It's not possible. It's not. This can't be real.
The king once again looked down, amusement showing on his face. "Allow me to introduce my son, Shoto Todoroki." He looked as if he would burst out laughing at any moment.
Deku started struggling. Trying to free her hands. Eye's wide, she turned back to Todoroki. Pleading for help. "Please... no... Sho... please." She breathed out. Once again she started struggling trying to break the knot around her wrist.
With a simple nod from the fire engulfed king, Deku was being dragged away by the guards, back into her cell. "Sho! Please NO! SHO!" Her pleading became more and more desperate. But no matter how much she struggled, and no matter how much she called out to her former friend, Todoroki knew he couldn't do anything. His power was useless compared to his father's.
"I'm sorry Deku." Todoroki mouthed in her direction, hoping she was able to understand. And just like that Deku was pulled out of the room and put back into her cell, leaving the prince, who now had small tears running down his face.
Omg I was listening to the song 'O' by Coldplay while writing the last part and just felt so depressed... love that song ;-; (listen to it if you don't know know it!)
