You're Not The Only One Who Can Play "The Players Game"

"Even if the stars, and moon collide," I sang along to Demi Lovatos song playing through my Beats Pill in the shower. Today, the whole family was going to chill together. We're going to Olive Garden for lunch and then supposedly ice skating. It's November so yeah, I guess its a good time for it even though its still like 70 plus degrees outside. Honestly, I love ice skating. I used to compete when I was little, but after Dad died, I kind of gave up on it. I was one of the top 3 in the state.

"Hey Lexx, you almost done? Shaun said we'll be leaving im about 30 minutes!" Bree yelled into my room. I cut the shower off and got out wrapping a towel around my body and hair. I walked out my bathroom and Bree was sitting on my bed. "Well dont you smell good." She giggled.

"When dont I?" I asked smiling. I grabbed my bra and underwear slipping them on, then started putting lotion on. After that I put on my Minnie Mouse sweatshirt, ripped jeans and my Timbs. Bree was dressed similar except her sweatshirt said "I Have Issues' and she wore white Docs. "If I were you I'd put a pair of jogging pants or something in my bag so when we go ice skating, your pants wont rip more than they already are." I say throwing a pair of grey jogging pants in my bag.

"Glad I heard it from the expert herself." She says giggling as she walks to her room to retrieve some. I sit infront of the vanity and towel dry my hair. I'll need to wear a beanie until my hair dries, so for now, wet curls are fine. They'll be full by the evening. I grab my beanie and put it on. Then I put on some lipgloss, mascara and eye liner finishing up my look.

"Girls, its time to go!" Mom yells up the steps.

"Coming!" Bree and I say simultaneously as we walk out of our rooms. We smile at eachother and lock arms, walking downstairs.

"Feeling a little girly tomboyish today are we?" Ray says laughing.

"Yep," Bree says smiling. "Cute tomboys arent we?" She says as we strike a pose. Ray takes a pic and then walks over to us and we all take a selfie together. He then hands the phone to Shaun, and he takes a pic of us too.

"We have some real photogenic kids dont we Analisa?" Shaun laughs giving Ray his phone back.

"We sure do." Mom giggles. "Okay, now lets head out my little models." Mom says opening the door. We file out into the warm yet windy November air of ATL and get into the Hummer. We have 3 cars as of now. The silver Hummer is Shauns, the white Preus is moms and Ray has the black Camaro. Hopefully Bre and I get our cars on our birthday.

"Okay so first, to the Ice Skating rink, then to Olive Garden since I know we'll work up an appetite." Shaun says laughing.

"Sounds good to me!" Ray says making us laugh. We pull up to the Ice Rink and theres nobody there except the workers.

"Are we early?" Bree says.

"We have the first session to ourselves." Mom says smiling. We all smile and shrug our shoulders getting out the car. We walk in and get a gust of cold. "Hello," mom says to a guy at the front desk. The guy at the front looks up and immediately locks eyes with me. It was Josiah. I quickly looked down blushing. Bre and Ray noticed and smirked. Bre grabbed my arm as mom and Shaun paid for our session and pulled me to the locker room.

"Oooooh Lexx! Josiah is following you girl! Its obviously meant to be!" I giggle lightly. We change into our jogging pants and I pull out my purple & white ice skates with my name on them.

"Bree , you have issues. We met him 24 hours ago. Plus, I cant be in a relationship when I miss Jacob so much. We were so close to becoming official." I say sighing as I tie my skates up. I put my bag in a locker with Bree's and we head to the rink.
