I wake up and I realize what day it is. I quickly jump out of bed. I take a quick shower. I'm so excited!!! I put on a rose gold lace dress. Its off the shoulders but the shoulders are short. There is a light pink wrap around the waist. Its very Flowly and pretty. I've been wanting to wear this forever and the time has finally come.

I put on white flats and make my way down stairs. I really wish Will and Harry were here. Harry is in Africa Practicing to be a solider like Will. Will is with Kate and her family for a month. This month. The month of my 16 birthday. I walk in the kitchen.
"Morning harry,morning Will,morning Dad." I say sitting down. I stop on my way to my chair. I snap my head up. I look up and see Will and Harry. I look back at dad. "Dad Im seeing things." I say. My dad laughs.
"Yeah your seeing your brothers." He says. I walk over to Harry and tap him. I scream. I hug him with all my might.
"Oh my gosh your here!" I say. He hugs me back. I smile hard. I've missed Harry so much. Yay!!!
"I'm here too." William says. I stop hugging Hard and Hug William. He kisses my temple. I smile.
"What are you guys doing here? Why are you here?" I ask. They both look at one another then at me. I smile. "Your here for my birthday." I say.
"And your ball." William says.
Oh right my ball. When a princess turns 16 they get a ball. This means I can go to engagements and I'm 'officially' a part of the royal family. Even though already was when I was born. I'm so excited!!!

"Yeah you think we'd turn down a good party?" Harry says laughing. I look at William. We both hit Harry's shoulders. He ows.
I Sit down. We have Strawberry pancakes for breakfast since its my favorite. We also have Eggs but I hate eggs but everyone else loves it. Me and Mum hated it. I get that from her.
We hear knocks at the door. Mum's former lady in waiting walks in. She bows to us. She would curtsy but she's in a very tight dress. The only time a princess doesn't have to curtsy and gets to bow/bow her head is when she wears a tight dress and when she's pregnant. I have no idea how I know this but I do.
"Her majesty is here". she says. She quickly exits the room after making her announcement.
Gran walks in. We all stand and bow. Well they bow. I crusty seeing I'm a lady and I'm not pregnant nor wearing a tight dress. She nods her head. She all sit down. She walks over to me. She hugs me.
"Happy 16th birthday my dear." she says. I smile to her. "And what a great dress your wearing." She compliments.
"Thank you Granny." I say.she looks over and see Harry and Will. She smiles at them.
"Only here for the party?" She whispers in my ear. I giggle.
"Harry I think so "she chuckles. She makes her way to my father. She sits next to him.
"Nadia....." She says. I swallow my Coffee. It burned my throat. My eyes get wide as it does. I turn to my grandmother. "I have your daily dutys for today." She says with a concerned face.
"Can you list them for me please?" I ask. She nods her head with the same expression in her face. I nod my head letting her know I'm alright.
"you have a dress fitting after breakfast,You have a hair appointment after that. You have to greet the lovely crowds out side of the palace then you have the ball." She says. I open my mouth for a question. She nods.
"I'm doing all this alone?" I ask.
"No your doing it with us." I hear. I turn my head and see Kate and Rachel. I jump up and hug them. They hug me back. Then I turn to William. I glare. He gets a scared look on his face.
"Why didn't you tell me she was here?" I say gesturing to Kate. He holds his hands up in defense. I roll my eyes.

"You nervous?" Rachel asks me. I gulp . of course I'm nervous. This is my ball. Its the first time people will see me as an adult. Not as a kid. I wish I could be a kid again. We arrive at the ball. The drivers open Rachel's door first. They open mine second. I walk out in a burgundy dress. I have my hair in a bun and down in the back.

I walk out And the flashes go off. I give a fake smiles to the bastard that killed my mother.
I walk in and I'm greeted by my Father,2 brothers and Kate. I smile when I see them. All of them,with the exception of Kate,all look shocked. I smile at them.
"Wow you look all grown up!" William says. I Blush.
"Aww look at you,nae!" Harry says.
When I'm done receiving compliments I walk into the ball room. Everyone is quiet when I do. They all drop to curtsys and bowing. I smile and nod my head. They all get up. Rachel runs up to me.
"Omg that was soooooo cool!" She says. I smile. It was fun I loved every second of it. Maybe being a 16 year old royal won't be so bad.......
