jaden bby😍: your ex is a real dick.

sienna😘: damn right.
he literally made me scared that nobody would ever love me again.
and i'm still scared, jaden.

jaden bby😍: any guy would be an absolute idiot not to love you.
like it's his loss babe.

sienna😘: i don't understand

jaden bby😍: understand what?

sienna😘: how you're so nice to me.
how you're so kind.
how it seems like we've known each other for years.

jaden bby😍: maybe it's just meant to be😉

sienna laid face-down on her bed, bawling her eyes out. she didn't want to get hurt again. she was terrified that jaden would end up ghosting her once he got more famous, or found someone prettier. as all of these thoughts rushed to her head, it got harder and harder for her to breathe, she quickly grabbed her phone and she called the only person she could think of in this time of distress. one of her closest friends, whom she's known her whole life, because their moms were best friends as well. troy zarba.

"hey, what's up si-dawg?"

"t-" she tried to say his name even though her breath kept catching in her throat. "troy."

"woah, are you okay? should i come over?"

sienna managed to get out a quiet, "mhm." and troy hung up rushing to her apartment, and letting himself in because he had a spare key.

the only way to describe sienna's state was, a mess. troy hadn't seen her like this since she was in high school. he remembered nights when she would lose herself in her thoughts, and he feared she would fall back into that state.

once he had calmed her down, he demanded that she tell him what was on her mind.

"i really fucking like jaden. i really do. but after what happened with noah, i'm scared out of my mind to be in a relationship," sienna started, "he made me feel like i was a piece of gum on the bottom of his shoe. every time he would yell at me out of nowhere it would scrape at my heart more and more. what if jaden is like that too?"

"i don't think jaden could ever be like that, sienna. i've seen the way he looks at you. there's something between the two of you that was never there in the entire three years you were with noah," troy said.

"if he hurts me, troy, i swear to god-"

"you can't keep letting your insecurities get in the way of your life. your anxiety shouldn't be controlling how you live. that's where you've been going wrong. you're a bad bitch, end of story. now you better call him right now, and tell him to get his ass over here," troy stated, before the two friends said their goodbyes.
