Y/n POV

I followed the tribe outside, with a slight limp, and was brought to an open field. I then realized we were nowhere near town.

We were in a forest, on a mountain, surrounded by creatures.

Appsro: don't mind them, they won't hurt you

I nodded but still felt tense.

I followed then and saw Simon pick up and wooden sword and shield.

Neebs: we need to see what you can do now. So you'll fight Simon

Y/n: seriou-!

I dodged to the side as Simon swung his sword. I let my claws grow out and rushed at him.

I swung, but he blocked with his shield, then hit me with the sword.

It was dull but it did hurt.

I rushed at him again but he just hit me over the head. I fell to the ground.

Samantha: you're to predictable. Change up your movements, attack speeds, whatever. But don't do the same thing over and over

I nodded as I ran at Simon again. He swung but I stopped before it hit me as I jabbed my claws through his shield.

Samantha: better

I ripped the shield from his hands, cutting it into pieces as I feinted to the left but went to my right.

Simon, who I managed to fool. Was caught off guard as I kicked him to the ground.

Samantha then walked over to me.

Samantha: good. Now we'll work on your transformation

Y/n: my what

Appsro: this!

I looked over at him but saw he was transforming before my eyes.

He clothes stuck to his body, and his skin to blue hide. His face then reformed itself, glowing out into the nose of a canine, he teeth sharp.

His eyes remained blueish, but they now had a hunger to them.

Samantha: that's Appsro's transformation. We all are different creatures. And I believe I know what you are

I nodded to her. This will take awhile.

Time skip
It's been 2 weeks. 2 weeks since the betrayal. A lot of happened since then.

I've gotten better at combat, unlike the year I was with Rias. I was also given a six shooter that I sometimes use, but I still use my claws more. I've also gained complete control of transforming. I was now fully able to transform into my creature.

I also found out us half creatures have a greatly extended life, basically immortal through aging. Why I don't know. Maybe because of plot.

After a few days of being here I told the others about what had happened, about Rias and everything. They felt me, being betrayed by someone at some point.

Also I got a girlfriend. Samantha.

One night, she just kissed me. Yeah seriously. I was flusters like hell, but I had feeling for her at that time too. I also found out Samantha was tribe leader.

Right now the tribe was in a meeting. To discuss the growing stray devils nearby.

Samantha: we do this quick. Nothing fancy. We go in, kill them and get out. Y/n will lead us to the group of strays

We all agreed on this, but the guys were still cursing each other out because Neebs wouldn't tell Simon where the smithy was.(guess correctly what episode this was from and I'll mention you in a chapter)

Time skip

I hopped off the raptor I was given. I named him Razor, for his claws and teeth. He was red with with a black lightning bolt on both sides.

What was good was he wasn't just the strongest of the pack but the second faster, only rivaled by Samantha's raptor.

I pet him and whistles so he stayed put. Then I walked over to Samantha.

Y/n: so where are these devils?

Samantha: don't know exactly. Everyone! Spread out and search the area! We can't let these devils invade us

As nodded as I walked West.

After a few minutes I heard voices.

Devil: when will we take them down?

Devil2: soon, soon. We won't wait longer. We need to eat

I started to transform into my creature form. I felt my very bone structure change as I finished transforming.

Then I ran forward, to tear them to pieces.

Samantha POV

As walked east of the point. Neebs followed me.

Neebs: so you enjoying Y/n?

Samantha: yes, very much

Neebs: so, have you thought of any time you two would need some alone time, if you know what I mean? I can get the others and we can go off, argue at each other

I felt my cheeks flush up.

Neebs: so is that yes?

Samantha: l-later!

???: someone's there!

I dodged a lightning bolt that went straight past us.

Samantha: show yourselves!

A small group of people, devils but not strays, ran towards us. The girl who I assumed to be there leader had blood red hair.

Blood red hair...

Samantha: you bitch!

I pulled out my fabricated pistol and shot a bullet a her, Rias, as Y/n said her name was.

She blocked it then glared at me.

Rias: you shoot me and call me the bitch

Neebs: and you betrayed Y/n you whore face

Rias: Y/n was weak. How he's alive is beyond me

Samantha: then are we talking about the same Y/n? He's strong. He wasn't strong before because you never trained him, or did anything to help him. Used him as a slave, as he said

Rias: and then where is this stronger Y/n then?

As if by chance as head flew past us, landing in between the two groups.

I turned around to see the other guys running towards us, and Y/n, in his creature form. He then morphed back to his human form, with a glare.

Y/n: well well well. Hello Rias. Hello Akeno. Hello Koneko. Hello Kiba. And hello two other people I don't know
