Tests pt. 1

Leeteuk's POV 

Today I'm being released from the hospital. Heechul insisted that I stay with him, but Shay talked him out of it. Since its not long til the wedding she said she'd stay with me. Her excuse was that she and Hyukjae need a bit of time apart. He knew it wasn't true, but brushed it off because he doesn't like to fight with Shay. He'll argue with Hee-Jin til his blue in the face, but Shay is his weakness. As her big brother he spoils her to no end, and is always watching out for her. Growing up the 2 were as thick as thieves, but after she turned 15 it changed. She starting seeing this guy who had a bad boy attitude, and at the time that was her type. One night she snuck out to go on a date with him, and he ended up raping her. Ever since Heechul has been very picky about who comes into his sister's life, but when she and Hyukjae got together he felt at ease. She started dating Hyukjae when she was 16, and of course she had to tell him about the incident in order for him not to force her into bed. But of course Hyukjae wouldn't have done it anyway, because he too has a fragile heart. He loved once, before he met Shay. He was 13, and just met his first girlfriend. He truly loved her, and he lost his virginity to her. Sadly after they slept together she broke up with him. After that Hyukjae swore to our friend group he'd never love again. That was until he laid eyes on 16 year old Kim Shay. His words then flew out the window, and after he found out she goes to school with him, he wondered why he had never seen her before. It took a month before he was able to confess, and then the rest is history. I always envied them, because they found true love at such a young age. Also due to trauma in their lives it made their bond grow that much stronger. This time I hope they get the fairy tale ending they deserve. I then snapped out of my haze, when I realized Shay was honking her horn trying to get my attention. I then quickly walked over to the car, and got in without a word. 

"Sorry about th-" When I looked over at her face I noticed her eyes were red, and very puffy as though she had been crying. "Is something wrong?" I asked carefully, and she looked over at me with tear filled eyes. 

"I got my fertility test back today." Shay had taking a fertility test, becaused after she was raped it damaged her insides bad. Therefore she wanted to check, and see if it hurt her chances of being a mother. 

"What did they say?" She then gave me a sad smile.

"It's going to be difficult if not impossible for me to conceive." She said in a raspy voice as she wiped her eyes with her coat sleeve. I then placed my hand on her should, which caused her to face me. 

"You're going to be a mother. If anyone deserves it, then it's you. Besides he said it'll be difficult if not impossible. It's a small window, but there's still hope." She then gave me a sad smile. 

"Thanks Teukkie." I then gave her a small smile. 

"No problem kiddo."
