"I'm back!" Daniel exclaimed, walking through the doors of Kaylee's room.
"Hey." She croaked.
"Okay." Daniel said, sitting in one of the chairs near her bed. "I was thinking that maybe we could write a bucket list of things that you want to do before you uhm...."
"Daniel." Kaylee smiled softly.
The brunette took a deep breath and quickly wiped his tears. "Uhm the boys are outside because I wanted them to help. With the list."
Before Kaylee could reply, the blue eyed boy left the room to get the others. Moments later four of the five came into the room.
Zach ran up to the pink haired goto and wrapped his arms around her. "I'm gonna miss you."
"I'm gonna miss you too." Kaylee whispered once he let go.
"Damn it, Lee! I'm crying now." Corbyn wiped his eyes and the others laughed.
"Lee?" The pink haired girl giggled.
"That's my nickname for you." Corbyn nodded.
"Where's Jack?" Kaylee frowned, glanced around the room.
"He uh... didn't feel like coming." Jonah explained, looking at his shoes.
"Oh." Kaylee looked down, her lip quivering.
"Hey." Daniel looked at her pointedly. "No tears, okay?"
She couldn't answer and only nodded making the boys frown.
"Let's get going on this list." Corbyn smiled, sadly.

"You wanna eat beef jerkey?" Zach laughed.
"Well, I've never had it before and I've always wanted to try it." Kaylee said, shifting in her hospital bed.
"Okay, what's next?" Daniel asked, looking at her.
"Uhm... I wanna go to prom." Kaylee whispered.
"Prom?" Daniel began to cry. "Oh Kaylee-"
"I know prom is a few months away but I figured we could have our own prom. I mean I've waited for this since I was eight and now-" The pink haired girl began to sob. "Now I wont be able to experience it at all."
"Kaylee, its okay. Its okay." Jonah whispered, going over to hug her.
"I just want to be normal." She sobbed in to Jonah's chest.
"Hey, you're alright." Daniel cooed. "You'll get your prom."
