"Be careful or you're gonna fall in!" One of the boat men yelled out to me.

"I won't!" I shouted back before hopping off and walking towards the guild.

It had been about a week since Natsu and Happy brought me here. In that time I made a bunch of friends, like Levy, Cana, and Gray, even if he's a prick. I tried to befriend Loki as well, but he ran for the hills the moment he spotted my keys. The apartment I'm renting is about 75,000𝑗 a month, which is a pretty okay deal seeing as it was conveniently close to the guild. Even though I was lost in my thoughts as I unconciously dodged the obstacles in my path, I knew i was standing in front of the guild from all the yells and crashes coming from inside. I excitedly swung open the doors.

"Good Morni-" I was cut off as an entire table came in contact with my face.

I stumbled backwards slighty as the now enflamed table fell to the floor, turning into a pile of ashes.

"I'm gonna ask and I'm only going to ask once," I wiped the blood from my forehead, "who the hell threw that!"

The guild went silent before everyone pointed fingers at Gray.

"What the heck, guys!" He yelled at everyone who pointed him out.

"You wanna go, Ice Princess!?" I stomped his way, lit on fire.

"If you're ready to lose, Flame Brain!" Our foreheads clashed as we glared at one another.

"Over my dead body," I spat throwing the first punch.

Our little quarrel started an entire other brawl between the entire guild. I dodged flying people and mugs as I fought with Gray and any other members that got in my way. With my enhanced hearing, I could hear the sigh of frustration leaving both Natsu and Gramps lips. I immediately snuck out of the battle, opting to sit at the bar and chat with Mira instead. All heads turned and all bodies stopped as the Gramps' office door slammed open.

"STOP DESTROYING MY GUILD!" He yelled.

Everyone answered with: "Yes Master," or something close to that.

"Today's gonna be so boring~" I groaned slumping across the bar.

"Cheer up, Lu, I'm sure there's something," Mira giggled, patting my head lightly befote heading off to serve some drinks.

"Something, huh," I muttered to myself.

'I've been shopping already, for both groceries and clothes, I'm tired of reading, I summoned my spirits on my last public commission-'

"Right! I'm in a guild now," I exclaimed, "I can take a job request!"

"Lushee, are you crazy?" Happy snickered, appearing from who knows where.

"No, I'm brilliant~" I chirped, skipping over to the mission board.

"Unknown beast terrorizing a village...pests ravaging a farm...babysitting...volunteer at the magic shop..." I mumbled the different job request, "none of this really seems interesting."

I slammed my head against the board in defeat, animated tears streaming down my face "I'm going to die of boredom."

"Hey Lushee!" Happy floated next to me.

"Hi Happy," I sulked silently.

"Did you pick a job?" He asked, I shook my head, no, "Great! I found one that me, you, and Natsu could take!"

I perked back up immediately, "Really? What is it?"

"We have to retrieve a book," he explained, showing me the flyer.
