You have never been as excited in your life to talk to Dean. You run through the halls one night, holding it. The item that contains your future. You look at it, and it makes you smile again. You know what you were going to ask him to choose was a bit far fetched, but at least if he knew, he would understand. Dean's door is closed, which makes you frown, but you choose to knock still. But then you hear sounds. Sounds that normally would make you excited but this time make you furious, hurt, betrayed. You open the door a crack, and what you see makes your knees wobbly and you choke out a sob. Dean. With another girl. They don't see you, and you half want to barge in and interrupt them but you don't. You just stand there, taking it all in. You feel hurt and betrayed as you leave the door, trying to shake the images out. You decide to leave the door open and go to your room. You are about to take out your suitcases and start packing, but you are too heartbroken that you know if you even thought of him you'd burst out crying. You rub the gem on your finger, it was a promise to always love you and be by your side. It was a broken promise. You are sobbing again, sobbing hard, as you run down the halls of the bunker. You run into Cas, and he's looking at you, a bit concerned.

"Are you okay, y/n?" You shake your head a million times and hug him, crying into his shoulder. He awkwardly wraps his arms around you and you pull away after a few seconds.

"I... I'm okay, I just want you to promise me something." you say, and he nods slowly. "When I leave the bunker, can you... can you wipe Sam and Dean's memories of me? I don't want them to remember me ever again." you say, and you can tell Cas is about to ask why.

"Please, Cas?" you plead, the tears streaming down your face. He sighs then nods. You mouth 'Thank you' before running off again and out of the bunker. You soon reach your destination. It was the closest bridge you could find. You rip off your engagement ring and hesitate. You breathe deeply, kiss it, then throw it in the ocean. Then you take it out of your pocket. You smile at it softly, the two lines defining your future. It was a long shot, but you decided to buy some anyway. You rub the pregnancy test a few times, taking another deep breath before throwing that in the ocean on the other side of the bridge. Finally, with shaking legs, you hoist yourself onto the side of the bridge, and slowly stand up. Man, I never thought this would happen. But I never thought that Dean would cheat on me. You take a moment to enjoy the fresh night air, the calming smell of the sea water, the sounds of quiet crickets and other wild life. Then, you jump. You almost enjoy the feeling of falling, knowing you were free already. Goodbye cruel world. And then you hit the water. And all goes black.
