Joshs pov
I walked into school and a smile appeared on my face. I see my best friend, Layla she's beautiful, sweet, funny, I love her to death but I have a crush on her. I've always had a crush on her she's just so kind and beautiful and she's loyal. She hasn't had any good boyfriends they always use her.
"Hey joshie" she says as she hugs me. I smile and hug her back. "Hey Layla" I say. "It's so nice to see u again" she says. We let go and I smile. "Yeah you too" I say. We start to walk down the hall. "I missed you a bunch" I say. "You too" she says. I smile. I suddenly see a guy walking to us. "Hey babe" he says and puts his arm around Layla. "Hallo" Layla says. I raise my eyebrow. "Oh josh this is my boyfriend Blake, Blake his is my best friend Josh" she says. I smile. "It's nice to meet u" I say. "It's nice to meet u too Layla has told me a lot about u" he says. I smile. "Yeah" I say. I see my other friends Emma coming to us. "Hey Em" I say. "Hey guys" she says. "Hey" Layla says. "Sup" Blake says. "Um who's this" Emma ask. "This is Blake my boyfriend" Layla says. I see Emma's eyes widen. "Oh hi" she says. "Hi" he says. "Umm josh could I speak to u for a moment" Emma says. "Sure" I say. Me and Emma walk off.
"So how are u" she ask. "I'm ok" I say and put my hands in my pockets. "Josh your not okay I thought u were going to tell her" she says. "I was but then he came around" I whimper/ yell. "Ugh" she says. I sigh. We walk back to them. "So I'll see you in lunch" I say to Layla and Emma and Blake. "Yeah" they say. I sigh and walk off to class.
Today was going to be the day I ask Layla to be my date for homecoming it's in 3 days but I can't since Blake is her boyfriend but he's a jock so I hope he doesn't hurt her.
Lunch..
I sit my tray down Emma and Layla come. I sigh and just look at my food. "Hey josh" they say. "Hi" I say. "What's wrong" Emma ask. "Nothing" I say. I see Layla look to her left and smile. I glance and see Blake at his table with the football players. "Why isn't he sitting with us" I ask. "Oh he doesn't wanna leave his table he doesn't wanna eat lunch with us it will ruin his reputation" she says and smile again at him. I get mad. I feel my hand go into a fist. "He doesn't want to ruin his reputation" I say. I see her look at me shocked. "Uh yeah he has one he doesn't wanna ruin it." She says. Suddenly I slam my fist on the table. "What the fuck if I had one I'd ruin it sitting with you is the best fucking thing in the world and if he can't see that then fuck him" I say and get up and go out of the cafeteria. I breathe heavy. I'm so pissed wtf he doesn't want to ruin his reputation that's bullshit.
"Josh" I hear Emma say. I turn around. "What" I say in a angry tone. "What the fuck you didn't have to so that" she says "I was mad who the fuck cares about his reputation if he's dating her then he should sit with her" I say. "Josh he's an asshole he plays with girl" she says. "Well he better not fucking hurt Layla" I say. "I know josh" she says. "Ugh fuck him he better not hurt her or I'll kill him" I say. "I know josh just calm down" she says. I start to take deep breaths. "Okay" I say. "Okay now do u wanna go eat" she ask. "No I don't wanna go back in there I'm going to class" I say. "But it doesn't start til another 15 minutes" she says as I walk away. "I know" I say.
I walk into miss.drotheys class and sit in my set. I see pop quiz on chapter 43 write on the whiteboard. I sigh and get my book out. I start to read.....
End of the day
I sigh as I walk out side today couldn't get any better.
I walk to my bus and get on. I get my phone and head phones out. I put them on and turn on some music. I look out of the window. I see Layla and Blake kiss. I roll my eyes. I see Emma walking to her bus. I sigh. I look at the sky and smile.
