Joshs pov.
I walk to the bathroom and look at my self in the mirror my eyes are red and puffy and my lips aren't purple. I do my business then walk out. I see Layla isn't in the living room. I walk to the kitchen and see her making a Sandwich. I smile and slowly hug her from behind. I smile against her neck. "It smells good"I whisper to her and kiss her ear as I smell her Cotton candy perfume. "It's just a sandwich" he says. I kiss her shoulder. "I wasn't talking about the sandwich" I say and kiss her shoulder more. After a while she finishes the sandwich and gives me half. I eat it and then kiss her. I feel her smile against my lips. I pull away and look at her beauty.
I smile at her. We walk back into the living room and play some video games. "Layla your a cheater" Colin yells. I laugh as Layla killed him again.
"Nah I just killed you" she says. I smile and put my arm around her waist and pull her closer to me. I kiss her temple and smile. "Your a winner to me beautiful" I whisper to her. I see her smile.
After that we decided to go to bed. I sigh as I hug Layla in my arms I have had her in my arms for a week because of the funeral. My mom knows I'm staying at Colin's and Jen is staying at a friends house I just need to give her some space.
I hear Layla groan as she's asleep.
I hug her waist tightly and stroke her hair. I feel her start to sweat but it's cold sweat. "Layla... Layla wake up love" I say and shake her. I see her suddenly open her eyes widen. I see she's panting. "Layla what's wrong" I ask. I see her start to cry. I kiss her forehead and hug her tightly. She cry into my chest. "I..I had a dream about my mother." She says as she sniffles. I rub her back. "It's okay it's okay" I say.
After a while we decided to go down stairs for breakfast.
"I'll make some eggs you can go get a shower" she says. I nod and go get a shower. After I took a shower I changed into sweatpants. I didn't put a shirt on cause I was hot. I walk down stairs and see Layla cooking eggs. I smile and walk to her and wrap my arms around her waist.
"I love you" I say and kiss her cheek. "I love you too" she says. I smile. She turns the stove off and put the eggs on a plate. I smile at how beautiful she is.
I sit down and we start to eat. After we eat Everyone else comes down and makes breakfast. I pull Layla into the living room. "I'm going to go for a run I'll be back in a few" I say and kiss her forehead as I check my watch and it says 12:28pm.
"Okay be safe" she says and kisses my cheek. I smile and hug her tightly. I've been hugging her so much it's just way better then a kiss I love when I can feel her wrap her arms around me and feel safe.
