Layla's pov.
It's second semester already. I can't believe it.
I've been with Josh for about 5 months.
I smile cause today is his birthday and I got him a promise ring.
I walk around the corner and my heart stop. I drop the black velvet box.
I feel tears stream down my face. I run to the bathroom and hear him yelling my name.
"Layla Layla stop" he yells. I get into the bathroom. And lock the last stall. I hear Amber and Emma walk in. "Layla Layla what's wrong" Emma ask. "H..he cheated on me" I say and picture the image again. Him kissing her Jade she was always bullying me and told me how ugly I am. And there they were her up again the locker with him kissing her.
"I'm so stupid" I say and cry more. "Layla come on I'm taking you home" Amber says. I open the door and I feel them hug me.
They let me go and we walk out of the bathroom. I see "Josh staying besides the bathroom. I see him look up and meet my eyes. "Layla I'm sorry it's no.." I just walk faster to Ambers car. She drops me off at my house and I go to my room.
I stay there not removing my eyes from wall.
