i heard your singing voice for the first time today. you sing so well!! i hope that singing truly makes you happy.

     jungeun slid the note into the slit at the top of jinsoul's locker. obviously not until after she left a delicate kiss and leaving a kiss mark in her bright red lipstick. it was her signature on these letters. she hoped maybe jinsoul would tie the fact that jungeun was the only girl in school with that bright lipstick.

     she smiled and hoped jinsoul would reply this time. maybe that hope was dumb but it still existed. jungeun knew it was want she wanted, why give up? she wanted to look on the bright side, it kept her happier that way.

     jungeun believed it's unnecessary to wait for love. why not chase after it before it's gone? one day it could be too late. jinsoul could fall for another or up and move away. she had to shoot her best shot to make the black haired girl hers.

     you could call her a hopeless romantic or just a plain old simp for these ways of thinking but she didn't see it like that. she'd been crushing on this girl for years and now, in their junior year, it seemed more important than ever to take her chance.

     jungeun adjusts her backpack and heads towards the cafeteria to see her friends and, of course, eat. once in, she looks around for her friends. though, this search is never hard because of how large her group of friends is. there's nine girls not counting herself and they're not exactly quiet. they all like to joke and balance each other well.

     jungeun had never understood quite why or how she had so many friends. over time, they all came together and became friends. the girls didn't even have much in common (other than being queer all around) but they made it work.

     they were all far from the popular side of the school hierarchy. that didn't mean they didn't always have people crushing on them, though. they were well known through the school for many reasons. none of the girls were mad about this crushing thing though. who could really blame the kids at their school?

     first off, there's vivi (as her friends like to call her since this is an american school and many kids don't know her name's pronunciation and they all were tired of explaining). she often acted as if she's loved 8 years before being seventeen but she's still the best she could be. her personality makes her attractive and let's not mention her beauty because wow. she's very caring and sweet.

     next, there's yves (aka sooyoung with the same case as vivi though this english name of sorts is equally as difficult for most). she's often described as a "sassy wine mom with a twist" considering how stunning she can be. she appears and acts elegant but once you know her, she's just as dorky as the rest.

     then, you have haseul. she's basically the mother of the group with insane visuals. she's such an unique girl, looks and personality. she pretty much keeps everyone alive despite her deep fear of pigeons. she's different from the rest but also a dork with a funny side. especially when she bowls. a very unique beauty you could say.

     then there's jungeun, or kim lip as her friends call her. they really have no reason other than her bright red lipstick. she seems to always be triggered for no reason that it's almost funny. her natural habitat is screaming. she honestly just wants a hug.

     next, there's jiwoo. she's such a confident gay to be honest. if you ask her about her crush, she won't hesitate to say how much she simps for sooyoung. of course, sooyoung is well aware of this but for unknown reasons, they're still not together. they both like each other and it gets the whole friend group mad. jiwoo is the mood maker and cute one of the group (though they all are).

     heejin is next and she's indescribable for the most part. she's a complete dork but gives off such a cool vibe that it balances out. she's honestly the coolest person you'll ever meet. her and hyunjin have been together since freshman year and were honestly meant for each other.

     speaking of hyunjin, she's the one who teases everyone. it would be mean if they didn't know it was a joke. she always seems annoyed but it's just her inner fursona sneaking out to be honest. her and heejin are the least crushed on by people at the school because everyone's otp is 2jin.

    you also have chaewon. she's honestly such a dork who just likes to play around. she makes everyone laugh and it makes her day to do so. she's also very bubbly and cute. her and hyejoo are together and are the school's second biggest otp as they should be.

    next is olivia hye (aka hyejoo though she goes by olivia as it's easier for kids at school). she seems serious most of the time but she can be super charming and funny when she wants to be. she's super talented in dance, singing, rapping and gaming. her biggest hobby is being a chaewon simp.

     lastly, you have yeojin. she's the shorty of the group who radiates that super chaotic energy. if you went through her closet, you'd find a solid fifty pairs of heelys. haseul and her are like sisters too. they're super close and have been since they met. maybe it's because she's the youngest but they're just close. she looks cute and innocent and she is cute but not so innocent.
