Jinsoul arrived at her locker being completely ready to go home.
Now, this was decently normal. It's not like school was enjoyable most the time. Sometimes fun things would happen but this was not one of those days.
Today had been very boring and it would only get worse at home but at least she could listen to music. That was always fun.
Her parents were almost never home, especially on the weekend which is odd since most parents are home ESPECIALLY on the weekends.
Jinsoul's parents owned a pretty large restaurant chain and they insisted on checking on every building all the time and making sure everything was great.
It had been like this since Jinsoul was around 13. Now, at age 17, she would go home and blast BTS, Somi, or Lee Hi. Maybe even BlackPink.
She'd connect her phone to the speaker and let the music flow, her body and voice moving with it.
She opened the locker and grabbed her backpack, shoving all of her stuff in it and walking out of the school but not until she grabbed the daily note from the girl across the hall. She was sure Choerry would ask to sleepover so no point in finding her now.

(Quick Author's note: Sorry that this is the middle of the story but if y'all are looking for some good music Somi and Lee Hi's music are all bops. Alright sorry for the interruption but uh I had to)

Kim Lip arrived to her house to find her parents cooking in the kitchen. Their house was an open layout of sorts so they could see her when she walked in."Hey Jungeun, how was school?" Her dad had said while chopping some vegetables at the island.
"It was good." Kim Lip responded quickly as she set her bag down at the shoe/bag area.
"See any cute boys?" Her mom teased, wiggling her eyebrows.
It was at moments like this she wished she could shout about how gay she is. She rolled her eyes and headed down to the basement which, with the help of her dad, she had turned into a sort of dance studio.
She had always loved dancing and singing but was much too shy to show people.
You could say this is one of the reasons she admired Jinsoul.
Jinsoul has never been afraid to preform, she was in every talent show. If you could win them ,Kim Lip thought, Jinsoul would win them all.
She hooked her phone up to the speaker and began blasting her playlist, starting with Birthday by Somi.
The music began to fill up the room and she was sure her parents could hear it. She moved along with the words and the music.
As the song approached the end she noticed a certain girl with bangs recording at the stairs.
"Fuck you, Chuu!" She yelled while laughing and throwing a pillow of the couch that was downstairs at the younger girl.
"LANGUAGE!" She heard her mom yell. She felt the heat rush to her face out of embarrassment and she had to bite her lip to hide her laughter.
"I just wanted to hang out, your mom said you were in the basement, I saw you dancing to birthday of all things. It was a perfect opportunity to record! We can show it to Jinsoul!" Chuu said the last part with a wiggle to her eyebrows
"No!" She yelled again, throwing yet another pillow "I was practically twerking!" She said quieter, but still yelling. She didn't need her mom knowing that little fact
The room was now filled with the song No One by Lee Hi and Chuu smiled sweetly at her friend. Lip knew what was coming and she's not about it.
"No, Chuu." She simply said crossing her arms.
"Awe, please!" The girl begged, now sitting on the couch.
"Fine. But delete that other video." She said plainly
Chuu pulled out her phone and "deleted" the video.
"Done now dance!" Chuu yelled
Kim Lip started the song over and began to do the choreography to the song.
The song had come out while Chuu and Kim Lip were hanging out and they both decided to create a dance for it.
Naturally, Chuu made it a little bit of a joke and didn't really do it anymore but she would make Lip do it whenever she came over.
They would often sleep in Kim Lip's "dance studio" during their sleepovers so this occurred a lot. Chuu slept over quite often, she was one of the only friends Kim Lip's parents liked.
Kim Lip moved gracefully but at the same time not. They didn't exactly make the dance super graceful. There was a lot of jokes in it along with some typically "sexy" moves.
