"IM JUST saying, why would you go on a school trip that you didn't even wanna go on?" theo asked peter over the phone, her phone clamped between her ear and shoulder as she fixed up a few gadgets she was working on.

peter was on a field trip, that theo chose to opt out of. she loved the modern museum of art, but she had been so many times, it had gotten old.

peter sighed over the phone, and theo chuckled at the boy. "i thought it would be fun but i'm glad it's over." peter told her as he laughed as well. "i miss you." peter whines softly. "why didn't you join us?" peter asked.

theo shrugged. "i've been to that art museum so many times, i have each exhibit memorized." she told him. "and i'd rather go when it's just you and me." she added, smiling to herself.

before peter could answer, a loud booming sound that screeched throughout the speaker. theo flinched, pulling the phone from her ear. "shit, pete, what the hell was that?" theo asked, putting her tools down.

in the background, she heard ned yell "we're all gonna die!" which made theo a bit worried. "pete?" she asked again.

after a few seconds she heard him speak again. "come to new york city! urgent!" was all he said when he hung up the phone.

theo quickly put everything down and used her teleportation powers to make her way to central park. ever since the vulture incident, tony has trained theo to be stronger and use her powers better.

once theo got to central park, she teleported right next to her father, who was currently fighting some weird demon alien thing that theo had never seen before.

she looked at it wide eyed before looking at her father. "hey, daddio!" theo said, raising her hands in a fighting stance.

tony looked at his daughter, doing a double-take. "theo, why the hell are you here?" he yelled as he continued to fight the alien.

theo shook her head, using her mind control to push away the rubble that was being thrown at her and her father. "don't worry, i'm gonna help!" she announced as she put her hood up as a way for being covered. she quickly put the ear piece in that would allow her father to communicate with her.

suddenly, her body was slammed into a nearby fence by the enemy. theo groaned, laying on her back. "jesus christ." she mumbled, holding her head as she felt blood trickle from it.

she then felt someone grab her and pick her up. as she went to go punch them, she heard a familiar voice.

"woah, woah, woah! it's alright, theo, it's me!" peter said as he moved the hair out of her face gently.

theo looked up and saw the spiderman mask looking down at her. "you're not an alien." she said and smiled widely. theo wrapped her arms around peter and hugged him tightly, kissing his mask with light kisses.

tony looked over and groaned. "guys! now is not the time for lovey dovey shit! there's literally an alien invasion!" he shouted as he continued to fight.

theo giggled and let go, pushing peter playfully and running back over the fight scene in front of her.

tony continued to fight the alien, as a body with a cape was flown steadily through the park. "kids, that's the wizard. get on it." tony yelled to theo and peter.

theo looked at peter. "we're on it!" theo announced and fist bumped peter before teleporting away.

peter chased the body, floating speedily and upright on a small platform of burbling debris leaving a deep rut in the streets.

theo followed closely behind, making sure peter wasn't hit by any rubble.

the guy, who theo assumed was the leader of the aliens who were attacking new york, bends all the utility poles in the path of the fleeing cloak, finally snagging the cape and ripping it loose of the wizard.

peter scoops up the wizard  before he hits the pavement and i teleport next to him, using a piece of cement to float. but before we can get away with the unconscious wizard, a cone of blue light starts pulling him inexorably upwards.

theo felt her body being lifted from the spot she stood as she cursed to herself.

"mr. stark? we're, uh, being beamed up!" she heard peter announce to her dad. somehow, her powers were useless in the weird beam of light.

"hang on, kids." tony announced through the ear piece. theo and peter were beamed up to the ship, and they both held onto the side, running out of oxygen.

"pete, you gotta let go, i'll catch you." tony said to peter in the ear piece.

"what... what about me?" theo yelled, breathlessly. her chest started to hurt from not being able to get enough oxygen.

"hold on, sweetheart. it'll be okay."

"b-but you said save the wizard!" peter said. peter, gasping from lack of oxygen, pulls off his mask.

"i can't breathe!" theo yelled.

"you're too high up. you're running out of air." tony told the two, who were struggling for air.

theo chuckled weakly. "no... shit... sherlock!" she yelled breathlessly as she gripped the side of the ship with all her might.

peter passes out, free-falling, but not for long before the pod reaches him. it attaches itself to him, becoming the iron spider suit. now being able to breathe, peter lands on a bottom part of the ship.

theo watched before her eyes rolled back, passing out from lack of oxygen. before she could fall off the ship, a pod reaches her like it did with peter. soon, a suit engulfs her and protects her body. the suit was a new design by her father. it was red and yellow like the ironman suit, but skin tight like the spiderman suit.

before theo could fall off the ship, peter caught her body, cradling it in his arms. "i've got you. i've always got you." he mumbled, holding onto her.

tony then yelled through the ear piece. "okay, now go home." he said before they were parachuted away.
