Today was the morning of High-School. Reagan had already left for work-she started working at a movie store after Zoe forced her to earn more money to buy her own yoghurt- and Tori was busily packing lunches, like a mother. Zoe was up in her room, trying to put on her sister's make-up.

"Tori!". Zoe called out from upstairs, "I think I poked my eye out with one of your weapons of destruction!". Tori rolled her eyes and trotted up the stairs to see Zoe with one hand on her eye, the other hand was holding a tube of mascara.

"What are you doing?".

"What does it look like I'm doing?".

"I really don't have a clue".

Zoe passed her sister the mascara and proceeded to walk into the bathroom and figuriously rub of all the make-up.

"Here, let me do it". Tori gently put make-up remover on her sister's face and wiped off all the chemicals, "I thought you didn't like make-up. Why the sudden interest?". Zoe sighed, "I want to look pretty".

"For Xavier?".

Zoe shamefully nodded. "Can you help me put some one". Tori smiled and reached under the cupboard sink to grab a huge bag filled with all kinds of make-up.

"Thought you'd never ask".

The two girls had been standing in the bathroom for a little more over twenty minute, trying to put on make-up. Tori would suggest something and Zoe would scream and knock it out of her hands. Tori had suggested curling Zoe's eyelashes which freaked Zoe out.

Finally, Zoe walked out of the bathroom with barely any make-up on, only some cover up and mascara. Because that was all she let her sister do.

"We're leaving in 30 minutes, hurry up you're still in your pyjama's!". Tori called out to her sister.

"I'm taking the bus with Xavier!".

"Huh?".

"I'm.Taking. the bus. With. Xavier!".

"You sure?".

"Yes, goodbye".

"You're not dressed yet!".

"Oh".

Zoe opened her cub board and pulled out her school uniform. Lucky for her, her school had a uniform otherwise Zoe would spend far too long figuring out what to wear. Her school uniform consisted of a white blouse and navy blue skirt with high socks and shoes. Some girls in her classes would wear super short skirts and revealing tops. Zoe got one size to big by accident, so really she sometimes looked like a nine year old boy.

Tying her hair up in a loose braid, Zoe walked down the stairs, her satchel slung over her shoulder.

"Ready!".

Tori walked over to her sister and hugged her. There had been a lot of hugging over the past week.

"Have fun at school, don't get into trouble, stay away from mean kids, play nice". Zoe wriggled out of her sister's embrace and made her way to the door. "Okay! Pick me up after school, bye".

The day wasn't as cold as Zoe expected which was good, the sun was shining behind clouds and the street was pretty quiet.

"Zoe!". She turned around to see Xavier running down the street towards her.

"Hi...Hi". He was out of breath from running all the way down the street to catch up to her. Not to mention that Xavier was pretty lanky with not a whole heap of muscles, not really thr sporty type.
