Chapter 3 : My Summer

*Marinette P.O.V*

Class ended rapidly and I was very surprised, when the bell rang I went out with alya to find Adrien and my brother nino and I started a conversation with als ( alya's nickname).

"Hey alya do you know where luka and kagami are ?" I asked "no gurl me too I was questioning myself where those lovebirds were" alya said .

"Whaaaaaat ?" I asked alya right now I was furious with the fact that she called kagami and luka lovebirds .

"Ye- yeah gurl they fit together don't you think ?" She asked "wait alya do you mean that you ship them ?" I said really pissed off "y-y-y -yeah " she stuttered.

"But alya my ship name ? Lukanette ?" I asked but this time sad "mari you know that it's like impossible to happen right?? " she paused " Marinette plz forget him his is not worth your love you know he treats you like shit " she said and I could see in her eyes that she wanted me to move on to be happy but........ I couldn't I love him so much.

"Please als you know that I really love him and you know I can't move on easily he is my first crush apart from Adrien , I don't care how many times he will reject me don't worry it's just that he sees the nerdy mari when he will see the real me he will certainly love me, I'm sure about it " I said to her trying to reassure her as I can .

*Alya P.O.V*

Sometimes I feel like mari is really dumb how could she say that " I really like the way you love him but how can you say that? how can you minimize yourself like that? I know that you don't like to show to everyone your real nature but if they really cared about you they would love you no matter what just like c'mon you look absolutely cute with or without your fake lenses and if luka or any other dumbhead just mock or ditch you for your looks just shrugged it off and don't care that's all" I said trying to cheer my bestie

"Awww alya do you know that you're like my second mom I love you so much that I can eat you "
Mari said

"Yeah I know give pretty good advice sometimes and no you can't eat me ,'cause who will be there for you " I said waiting for her respond

"Me I will protect her with all my heart " Adrien said while entering the conversation

*Adrien P.O.V*

" Me I will protect her with all my heart " I said entering in the girls conversation 'cause I eavesdrop a little 'oops'

" Easy there agreste I don't refuse you to protect her but you have a girlfriend and since when do you eavesdrop ? that's my job " alya said

I blushed at her comment but also remembered why I was checking for them in the first place kagami ,I don't really care about that luka guy but something seems off.

"Uhh ,yeah I forgot did you girls see luka and kagami ?" I asked them curiously

" Umm no since the morning I didn't see them and me too I was wondering where they were ..... How funny right ?" Mari asked

"So let's find them before the bell rings okay " alya said and we all nod in unison and started to check everywhere to find them

"So we checked everywhere and the bell didn't ring but whatever this is the last room we didn't check so let's get in " I said and I could not deny that I was scared at the possibilities that my girlfriend could be in the room with a fucker (even though I don't really love her) it's still weird right?
