Chapter 4

"All rise, for the Honorable Roxanne Lalonde." The guy up front announced.

Cronus stood up, nervously rubbing his arm. He glanced into Dualscar's eyes.

Dualscars eyes looked like a cats. Not a sweet little kitten either, but rather the lion king settled upon his throne. Roxy chugged the rest of her martini. "Alllright- sit your asses down-" She hiccuped.

Kankri sat down and grabbed his folder. He was interested in criminal law and was quite skilled at the craft.

Cronus sat down and messed with his tie absently.

"Okay so like Crony- uh...Cronus Ampora...the plaintiff and dewel car...the defondant...." Roxy read off a sticky Note. Roxy had drank her way through law school so she was NOT qualified at all.

Cronus was... Confused to say the least?

Kankri stood up. "Your Honor. If I may."

"OBJECTIONNNN" Roxy cuts him off. Wait. What? Cronus actually facepalmed, as did Signless. Signless had agreed to be Cronus' lawyer. He really liked law too.

"Uh...well...Fondant is guilty and he's goin' to the big house for....uhmmmmmmmm...13 years...." Roxy banged an empty vodka bottle in place of a gavel. "OVER RULED!!! COURT D-"

Dual stood up angrily. "WAIT!!! I DECLARE A MISTRIAL!!!!" Kankri looked down, for some reason, he was embarrassed.

Cronus winced. Signless stood up. "I WILL HAVE YOU KNOW THAT-" Now he was ranting in the name of the law.

When Roxy and the whole court focused on Signless, Dualscar stood up and walked over to Cronus, grabbing his wrist roughly. "Disappoi-"

Kankri James Vantas had just sucker punched Orphaner Dualscar. "You keep your disgusting hands off of him!"

Cronus rubbed his wrist and pulled his knees to his chest. "I know- I know- I'm sorry-"

Signless pushed Roxy out of the seat and sat down, slamming an ACTUAL gavel onto the thing. "Order in the court!" He spoke calmly.

Kankri for once disobeyed his father. He continued to Beat the ever living shit out of Dualscar.

Psiiconiic sat in the back. "PREACH!"

Signless waved his hand. "Guards, separate them, please."

The Zahhak and The Nitram pulled kankri off and threw him down. They grabbed Dualscar. Kankri stood up, adrenaline pumping, running at Dualscar again. The guards stopped Him dead in his tracks and knocked him down again.
