A/N:-

Dear readers,

I don't really have a posting schedule for now, so I don't know when I will be uploading the next chapter, but I assure you that I'll inform you guys about the schedule as soon as it's made. Also Joey is the only one who calls Keesha by shortening her middle name Scarlett to Scar.

KEESHA

I enter my English classroom, since that was my first period and took a seat at the back of the class near the window. My mind was still not fully out of the trance that the green - eyed god put me in. I've decided to call him that as don't really know his name. Lost in my own thoughts, I didn't realize that I had zoned out until someone came and sat beside me. That particular someone being Joey as we had almost all the same classes.

"What was that out there?" Joey asked giving me a weird look. "What are you talking about? What happened out there?" I asked pretending to be innocent, acting as if I didn't know what happened and hoping that Joey would forget it too. But to my dismay, Joey knew that something was wrong, really really wrong, as it was unlikely of me to behave this way. After all, he was not my best friend for nothing. "Really Scar? Pretending to be innocent won't get you anywhere and also you are a terrible liar. I know you Scar. So what is it that you are waiting for? Spill it princess," he said, adamant on knowing what was troubling me. Just as I was about to tell him, our English teacher Mrs. Dimitriou entered making the class go quiet.

Mrs. Dimitriou was a really nice person who had always acted as a mother figure to me. She was not only a good teacher but also a good listener, which is why she would encourage us to talk about our problems. She was always happy to help.

"Good morning class. Now that your break is over and you are all seniors we will be starting with William Shakespeare's Merchant Of Venice, which....." and with that I was lost in the green - eyed god's thoughts again. What was happening to me? I had never reacted so strongly to some guy I had barely seen for a few minutes. What was it about the guy that attracted me to such an extent that I couldn't focus in one of my favorite subject lectures taught by one of the sweetest teachers. I was so lost in my own loop of thoughts that I didn't notice the class was already over. I was brought back to earth by someone shaking my shoulder. Joey was looking at me with a worried look in his eyes. I look around and see that we were the only ones left in the class.

I quickly start packing my bag. "Something has got you acting all weird and you will tell me what it is," with that being said, Joey grabbed my arm and started dragging me towards the cafeteria. We stand in the line to grab our lunches. We were some of the last ones to enter the cafeteria. I look around and spot the usual setting of the nerds and geeks sitting at the right side of the cafeteria while the jocks and the cheerleaders were at the center table. Suddenly I see the green-eyed god sitting around the jock table with Patty on his lap. I quickly turn around before the guy caught me staring at him again.

It was my turn next, so me and Joey grab our lunches and move towards our table at the left side of the cafeteria near the entrance where barely a few people sat. Even though Joey was a football player and should sit with the rest of the jocks, he preferred to sit with me. As soon as we sat down, Joey warned me to speak before he made me. I look at my lap, fidgeting my fingers,"It is nothing Joey, just some guy I saw this morning ..." I am cut-off by a squealing Joey.  "Awwww, my baby girl is growing up," he said putting a hand on his heart and wiping a non-existent tear. "Now tell me more about this guy who has got my princess acting like a fool in love," he said smirking and making me blush red. "He is no-one Joey. Just some guy I saw with Patty this..." I am again cut-off by Joey flipping me upside my head.

"Did you hit your head this morning before coming to school? You do know that the guys Patty sleeps with are either jerks or douches right?"

"Yes, I do know that Joey which is why I said he was no one in the first place. I was going to show you who he is, but now that you keep cutting me off and you also flicked my head, I won't tell you anything anymore."

Joey's face fell instantly and he knew I was serious this time. He starts apologizing again and again and when he saw that I was not affected, he brought out his ultimate weapon....the puppy dog eyes. Ugh.... not those eyes, they were my weakness. I look away from him in an attempt to not melt and accidentally meet eyes with the green-eyed god. I see him looking at us as if he was some old man on whose land we, the crazy teenagers, were trespassing. He had this disappointed look in his eyes which somehow affected me too. What was he doing in our school anyways. It was not like he studied here, because if he did I certainly would have seen him atleast once.

"Please forgive me princess, I swear I won't interrupt you again. Pretty please.....with a cherry on top," Joey said giving me a kiss on the cheek. The green-eyed guys flashed a dangerous shade of red and his jaw clenched to a point where if he would tighten it anymore his teeth would break. He picked Patty off of his lap and deposited her in the seat beside him. Patty pouted at him but he payed no attention to her. He was now staring directly at Joey with a killer look on his face. I look at Joey only to be engulfed in a bone-crushing hug by him, which seemed to anger the guy more for no obvious reasons.

Suddenly, there is a 'Whoosh!' and I see blood dripping down the side of Joey's head. I look to see the green eyed guy sitting right where he was but his mood seemed to have changed drastically. He now had a very smug look on his face, which to be honest scared me to the core and I don't even know why.
