Background: No Infinity War or Endgame at all. Civil War and the events of Homecoming happened, but no one knows that it's Peter behind the mask. Peter made the suit and Karen. Peter has been Tony Stark's personal intern for about a month and has grown a little bit on the infamous billionaire. So much so, that on the day the Rogue Avengers return, he invites Peter to meet them. Unbeknownst to the team, Peter has already met them, and with his mentor practically hellbent on figuring out everything about his alter ego, it seems as if Peter is in a bit of a sticky situation. Will he reveal his identity? Or will he simply keep quiet and risk becoming a target of the team of superheroes.
There I was, traveling through the streets of Manhattan.
Or rather, above them.
I couldn't take the train over from Queens to the station near the compound because a certain individual at my school decided it would be fun to use me as an after school pastime.
While normally I would stand up for myself, never having backed down from an enemy before, this was Flash we were talking about. He was your average school bully. It's not like he was wearing metal armor or was trying to electrocute me. I couldn't control my strength as well when throwing a punch, which meant I'd hurt Flash way more than I could ever intend to.
I just can't have that on my conscience.
Besides, if I was Puny Parker before the bite, I shouldn't just suddenly take on Flash now.
I was about to land somewhere to change when I heard a scream.
Great now what?
I used my spider sense to direct me towards the commotion. There I saw a group of three guys trying to rob a kid about my age.
"Hey come on! How many guys does it take to rob a teenager?"
Of course, they looked up a little too late.
I quickly webbed the gun out of one of the guys's hands, which was the only gun, thank god.
Or is it thank Odin? He'd have to figure that out someday.
The kid ran off which obviously angered the three muggers. As one was trying to retrieve his gun, the other two were missing me left and right with their punches. But who could blame them? It's not like they have a spider sense.
Still though... it was kind of sad.
I should really wrap this up...
I quickly made my move to web the other two guys to the wall, knocking the last one out with a kick to the temple.
"Sorry that I couldn't play for longer, I'm late for something and I really hate being late."
They looked just about as annoyed as I was. Thankfully, the sound of the sirens cued my exit almost immediately after.
"Look, it was nice meeting you three, but let's take a rain check on the next date. Sound good?"
I aimed my webshooters up towards the rooftop, making it out just in time for the police not to catch sight of where I went.

I quickly landed in an alleyway near the tower. It seemed secluded enough, which wasn't very secluded at all given the fact that this is Manhattan we're talking about.
Spiders can't be choosers.
I began changing into my civvies in a bit of a rush, almost tripping as I slid on my pants. I was just wearing a T-Shirt reading "Old chemists never die. They just stop reacting!" and some black jeans. In order to disguise my figure a little more, I wore a baggy zip up hoodie. Leaving my mask as the last to put away, I decided to quickly ask Karen the time and how long it would take to get to the compound.
