*Alison's POV*

I instantly regretted saying what I had. When I growled that they didn't understand, I noticed Bobbie flinch, as if the memory hit her.
Flashback

I knew she was thinking about primary school. But that was really not the reason. After bobbie punched me in the face, I came home, I found my parents fighting. Both of them drunk.

They looked at me and shouted

"What the hell did you do to your face?!"

I was a bit younger and didn't know then that they were drunk yet. I relayed the story to them. They looked absolutely astonished.

"We will kill that bitch." My mum growled, "either we will kill her, or we will make life hell for her. If you ever get involved with that girl again, we will kill you."

I was terrified. I knew she meant it. She had gotten away with murder before. So I never talked to Bobbie again.

Flashback over.

My voice softened as I saw tears spring into Bobbie's eyes.

"Bobbie," I said, softly.

She looked at me with big green eyes, in shock.

"Its not what you think it is. Its not the primary school event."

She looked surprised, and scared.

"Its something after that. Please understand. I don't really want to talk about it, but its not you."

She slowly nodded. She didn't say a word.

Amelia and Harriette looked at each other questioningly.

"We should go" Bobbie half whispered.

We set off, without a word. Another very uncomfortable silence.
