Part 7: Being With Him

Y/n's pov

Our theatre class is on break for the next few weeks for summer break, so I decided to spend the most of it with Tom. Whenever Tom was free I would always ask to hang with him.

One day we decided to go camping with Zen, and Jacob. It was a pretty long drive, it was 3 hours and 20 min. I put on some comfy clothes and sat in the front beside Tom.

The first thirty minutes we talked. We talked about our future plans and our favourite things. We also played a few games. After about an hour I got bored so I put my headphones on and played my Spotify playlist. I got tired and got into a comfortable position and slept.

I woke up a few minutes later seeing that it's only me and Tom in the car.
"Hey Tom?" I asked.
"Yeah?" He questioned.
"Where did Zen and Jacob go?"
"Oh, they decided to go home so I dropped them off." He said
"Oh. Okay then." I said
We drove for about another 20 minutes until he stopped by the gas station.
"Bathroom break?" He asked
"Sure." I replied
I went to the bathroom and did what I needed to do. I washed my hands and dried them. I walked out it through bathroom and Tom pinned me to the wall.
"Y/n, I've been meaning to tell you something." He said. I felt his hot breath on my face. I've been waiting for this for so long.
"Yes." I said trying not trying to sound exited.
"I-"

"We're here!" I woke up and saw everyone in the car.
It must've been a dreaming I though to myself. I probably looked really sad because Tom asked me
"Hey y/n, you alright?"
U snap out of my thoughts and respond
"Huh, what. Oh yeah I'm fine."
"You sure?" He asked
"Ye-"
"Oh will you two lovebirds get out of the car and set up the tent so we can do something fun?" Zen says sarcastically
I blush and look at Tom, he looks at me then we both look away and get out of

Our campsite was pretty nice. It was big, there was a lot of space, and it was shady. It was around 4 o'clock when we got there and we started to put up the tents. Jacob and Zen got their own tent and me and Tom got the other tent. We put all of our stuff in the tent and it was around 9. We decided to start a campfire. I brought out the sticks from Our tent and Zen brought the marshmallows.

Tom brought out his guitar and started to sing the campfire song song by sponge bob. While he was going to get his guitar Zen and Jacob kept teasing me, it was pretty annoying but was also true. I didn't want to admit it yet, but I knew I had to do it some other time.

He told me to try and sing a song with the guitar (I sang in front of him while we were at his place a few days ago) so I grabbed his guitar and though of a song to sing.
"Should I do story what makes you beautiful by 1D or taking you by Why Don't We" I thought to myself. I soon decided to do 1D.

I started to do the intro.
"Oooh some one direction" I hear Tom screech excitedly
I soon then started to sing
"Dang girl, I didn't know you had a beautiful voice." I heard Zendaya say in shock
I finished the song and everyone was really shocked. I was surprised that tom was surprised, he's heard my singing before, but I didn't question it. Tom put the guitar away and we started roasting marshmallows. And making s'mores. Tom burnt most of his, Zendaya got almost all of hers golden brown, Jacob just kept eating Tom's burnt ones and just made a few s'mores.

we packed up our stuff and me and Tom headed back to our tent. Tom and I faced away from each other but, I wanted Tom to cuddle me so bad, I just wanted his arms to wrap around me.
