Chapter 2: Thinking Of Him

As I was driving and listening to Billie Eilish I couldn't stop thinking about him.

I got to class just in time. I walked in nervous of what people were gonna say about me. I saw a group of girls who gave me a weird look. I could tell that they were the girls who think they're the "best" at everything. There was another group of girls that were pretty chill. I turned to see the other groups and I noticed a familiar guys face. It was Tom! I rushed over there to go say hi and hang out with him.
"Hey! Tom!" I said panting
"Oh! Hey y/n! I didn't think you'd be here." He said with his cute smile
"So what brings you here?" He asked
"I'm taking classes to be a professional actor!" I say confidently
"Nice, me too!" He said happily "and these are my friends Kate, Symphony,Zendaya, and Jacob." He said pointing
to all of them
"Oh hi guys! I'm y/n!" I said nicely
"Hey y/n. Nice name by the way."Zendaya said calmly
"Hey y/n." Jacob said nervously
"Hey y/n, nice to meet you!" Harrison said politely

"Okay class grab a seat!" Mrs.Hofferson said loudly
I sat next to Tom and Zendaya
"Ok so today we have a new student, y/n! Go ahead and introduce yourself and why you're here!" Mrs.H said
I stand up nervously
"Umm.. hi, my names y/n I am 21 and my birthday is next month. My favourite colour is yellow and I'm here because I want to become a professional actor." I said shyly
"Well thank you y/n! So! Class, today we're gonna be trying some acting exercises! So get into pairs of two then come up to me to get your scripts." She said with a loud voice

"Hey y/n wanna partner up?" Tom asked politely
"Oh, sure!" I said happily
Zendaya and Jacob partnered up and Kate and Symphony has attended up.we grabbed our scripts and tried and go into a spot in the room. We read the script first so we'd know what's going on. It was about this girl who fell in love with a stranger she met. Then we started practicing our lines and memorizing them. After we got that done we had 30 minutes to actually start acting, before we world present to the class. 5 minutes left and we practiced and practiced and I think we are gonna do great!

"Ok class times up!" The teacher said loudly "so who wants to go first?"
I see these two hands in the corner shoot up. "We will." A girl said in a sassy voice. I could already tell she was the "really good one" they acted and did their scene and it was pretty good other groups started to go and we were the last ones
"Y/n and Tom, it's your turn!" She called
As we were walking up the stars I heard Tom whisper in my ear
"Your gonna do great y/n, just be confident!"
We started acting and at the end, I guess everyone liked it!
"That was probably the best acting I've seen guys! Keep up the great work!" Mrs.H said proudly
We went back down the stage and sat next to Tom's friends I was so proud of myself after that and I was so happy!

"Ok guys that's it for today, you guys are free to leave or stay if you want!" The teacher announced
Sym and Kate drove off to go home.
"Hey you guys wanna go out to eat? I can drive?"I ask Tom, Zendaya and Jacob.
"Sure!" Tom says "you guys wanna come?" He asks
"Nah, we need some practice we'll just meet you guys at that ice cream place near Tom's house at around 5 okay?" Zendaya suggested

Me and Tom later decided to just go to his house to watch some old shows that we missed. We watched some spongebob, ICarly, and victorious. It was almost 5 so we decided to head off to the ice cream place. A few minutes later Zendaya and Jacob showed up
"So how was practicing guys?" I ask
"It was good we got a lot better!" Jacob said
"Ya practicing for three hours straight was definitely worth it!" Zendaya said "what about you guys? What did you do?"
"Oh we just watched some old shows to bring back memories." He told them
"Oh guys it's getting late, I probably should go now" I said sadly
"Oh, well by y/n. You want me to come with you?" Tom asks politely
"Uh no it's ok, I'm good" I respond
Then I walked over to my car and drove off home.

I regret not taking Tom with me, he could've met my parents and they could've got to know each other. I start driving in disappointment

As I got home I walked up to my room and laid on my bed. Looking up to my glass roof at the midnight sky, thinking of him.
