Amnesia COMPLETED

Chapter 6

It was just a bit more than two weeks.
Wednesday, 27 December 2017.
New Years were close and of course Maya had nothing to do.
She was discharged a few days before Christmas and of course she didn't ever ask about too much.
What has happened this past week is she have been getting to know Shawn and all her friends who got involved in her life later on.
Riley finally did decided to go and see if she can get her uncle on board on helping Maya.
But first she had to TELL Josh about Maya.
Josh was in his second year of college and didn't know about Maya.
But Riley was planning on telling him today.
Since school was starting next week she did have a few days off.
Riley knocks on a door and it opens.

"Riley! Come in," Josh said.
"Think you should sit Josh," Riley said and Josh did as he was told.

He knew that Riley doesn't talk like that very much but when she did he knew something was wrong.

"What is it Riley?" Josh asked.
"It's Maya. She was in a serious car accident seven weeks ago," Riley said.
"Can't be thatg bad if I only found out now. How is she doing?"
"She has amnesia," Riley said.
"What?" Josh said.
"She remembers till August 2014. Further than that is a no," Riley said.
"And it doesn't get any better?" Josh asked.
"She hasn't remembered anything yet. She was in a coma for around four weeks and was discharged a week ago," Riley said.
"But that must be really bad then. How is she handling everything?"
"Uncle Shawn is trying his best but that's that. I thought you could help. Please Uncle Josh. You really are out last hope," Riley said.
"Okay I'll try but I promise nothing. I'm actually going to your father's tomorrow to stay there for four days so I'll see you then," Josh said.
