Derry, Maine

Eddie woke up just like he would every Wednesday morning- except, he was late! As soon as he realized how late it was, he burst out of his bedroom knowing he wouldn't have the time to take a shower- gross. Luckily he had packed the night before, so he wouldn't have to worry about that. Eddie ran downstairs with his luggage, a suitcase, a backpack and his fanny pack wrapped around his waist.
"Eddie bear, where are you going in such a rush?" He was about to answer his mother, but then it hit him, she never woke him up! Sonia Kasprak would never let her son get late for anything, especially school! But today wasn't going to be a normal, usual, ordinary, boring school day, today was the day of the field trip.
" You didn't wake me up!" Eddie paused to look at his mother with such a fake look on her face. "You know where I'm going! That's why you didn't wake me up! And my alarm didn't go off!" He just couldn't believe it! Sometimes his overprotective mother was just too overprotective.
"Eddie, honey, you shouldn't be going on this field trip..."
"No! Mom, you shouldn't be treating me like a baby!" Eddie interrupted his mother and ran out with his luggage.
At the train station, Mr.Sour's class was waiting for Eddie, and only him. They were supposed to be going to Hawkins already, but Richie insisted on waiting for Eddie, Mr.Sour decided they would wait for fifteen minutes if he stopped talking.
"Richie, I'm sorry but we have to go," Mr.Sour said trailing off.
"Wait! He's coming, I know he is... only five more minutes!" Richie practically begged.
"Well, we can't wait for any longer! If you really want to wait for him then you stay, but the rest of us are moving on!" Mr.Sour told him, and Richie was going to say yes, you know he would totally miss the field trip for Eddie! But only because he thought it was dumb... of course. Before he could say anything though, a voice... someone screaming interrupted them.
"Wait for me! Wait for me!" It said, and it started growing louder, and louder faster, and faster. Mr.Sour couldn't recognize the voice at first, but Richie, Richie could recognize this voice even miles away from him in a dream- not that he had any.
" Is that Eddie?" The teacher asked still unsure of who it was.
"YES! I told you he was coming!"
Eddie then got the train station. You could tell he was running, which he really shouldn't because he could ha an asthma attack. Mr.Sour then explained what had happened and how Richie had convinced him to wait for Eddie. He also told him to be thankful for having someone like Richie, to be there for him when he needs. Eddie couldn't believe any of that was true but considered the fact that Richie could be nice sometimes.
In the train, Eddie and Richie were sitting together, like they always did on field trips. Bev and Bill sat right in front of them sleeping while cuddling. Ben and stan in the sit to their left, both of them reading a book.
"Would you really stay in Derry instead of going to Hawkins for me?" Eddie asked unsure of what to expect.
"Yeah..." Richie mumbled. He could see a small smile grow on Eddie's little face. "I mean this field trim is dumb anyway, so it would be just an excuse" Richie blurted out sounding like didn't want Eddie to think he would, but he knew better than that. The small boy's smile quickly faded away, the pink glow on his cheeks was gone and instead, a darker and harsher tone.
"Obviously." He stated. But it wasn't obvious, sure he didn't know what to expect, but he would never think of such a harsh answer. That made Eddie not mad, but disappointed. He looked away and tried sleeping. It was a long trip, but it would be worth it, it would teach them lessons that only life can, the ones you can only learn from living it, those ones that hurt but are worth it in some weird way that you are thankful for.

Hawkins, Indiana

Mr.Clark's and two other classrooms had gone to the train station to receive the students from Derry. All the students were gathered at the train station. They had been waiting there for about ten minutes, so was the party. I one of the corners the party sat sown thinking of how their buddies might look like.
"If your twin is as annoying as you than I don't think I am ready to meet him..." Max joked and Mike rolled his eyes automatically just by the sound of her voice.
"Than you don't have to worry about it because he is not as annoying as me, he is way more annoying than me!" Mike told her.
"Wow! Is that even possible?!" She said and Lucas chuckled.
"Just leave him alone, it's not funny!" El stood up for Mike.
"Lucas found it funny!"
"Because it is!" Lucas said still smiling from the joke.
"No, because she is your girlfriend!"Dustin interrupted.
Will was quiet today- he is always quiet, but today he was extra quiet- he kept touching the back of his neck all the time. Mike noticed it and grew worried about his friend.
"Will, are you ok?" Mike asked
" Yeah... isn't it hot here though?" Will mumbled.
" What are you talking about? It is cold as hell!" Dustin exclaimed.
" I'm pretty sure hell is hot..."Lucas told Dustin.
"Whatever... you know what I mean!"
"Isn't he always quiet?" Max asked.
" Yeah but..." Will started but never finished.
" Will" El called out, and Will looked over at her, "Friends don't lie," She said and with that Will answered,
"I think it's back, I can feel it!" Before anyone could say anything they noticed the train with the kids from Derry arriving, and they all got excited- well except for Mike. When the train's door opened and kids started getting off, they all ran to the front and held signs with the name of their buddies on them.
Max and Lucas were the first ones to get there, so it was easy to see them and their signs. Suddenly they spotted what they assumed was a couple, because they were holding hands, coming towards them. When the couple got there the girl short ginger hair was the first one to say something.
"Hi! I am Beverly Marsh, but you already know that anyways you can call Bev" The girl stuck out her hand for a handshake, which Max shook in return, she had a good feeling about that girl.
"Well, I am Maxine Mayfield, but if you call me that you. are. dead! I know people. I go by Max!" Max said and Bev smirked. Max then looked over at Lucas who was just frozen with a smile. He looked back at her and shrugged. She rolled her eyes and mothed 'Introduce yourself' to Lucas who got the message.
"Yeah... my name is Lucas Sinclair. Are you Williams... hummmm..."
"Denbrough." The kid said "Yeah, m-m-my name is W-w-Williams Denbrough, y-y-you c-can call me B-b-b-bill though!" Lucas smiled and so did Bill. So far, so good!
Meanwhile on the other side of the train station Dustin and Will were holding their signs.
"So, are they coming or not?" Dustin asked impatiently.
"I don't know... we gotta be patience." Will answered. And that's when they saw two boys coming their direction, one of them was skinny, tall and had dirty blond hair, almost like Dustin's. The other one was short a little chubby and his hair was also dirty blond, but instead of curly hair he had short and straight. The chubby one went to Will's direction and started introducing himself.
"Hi my name is Benjamin, but my friends call me Ben, that's not many people..." Ben shyly said.
"Yeah... I'm Will, William Byers and, well yeah..." Will replied.
"Are you going to introduce yourself on what?" Dustin exclaimed, which made the skinny boy jump a little. "Well I am Dustin nice to meet you!" Dustin smiled as the boy studied his face.
"What is that microphone looking thing next to your mouth?" He asked.
"What a long name!"
"Oh, I'm sorry! My name is- wait! Shouldn't you already know my name? Anyways, it's Stan by the way."
"Well, the microphone is connected to my walkie-talkie so I don't have to hold my walkie talkie next to my mouth whenever I need to talk to my friends, like Will!" Will wave at Stan who responded with a nervous smile, " Cool right?"
"Ben is also my friend, one of my best friends!" All of them smiled knowing they would all get along just fine.
Mike got to the front after El did, so he struggled to get past the crowd of kids. When he got to her he noticed she looked a bit nervous.
"Hey El , I am here..." He told her still struggling to get to her.
"Mike?" She asked.
"Yeah?"
"What if Eddie thinks I'm a weirdo?"
"Technically you are a weirdo." Eleven looked at him confused, " But not in a bad way... El you have powers! Also you lived in a lab for like eleven years," El remembered those years and touched the of what used to be a shaved head, " Your hair is way cooler than Max's! Seriously you managed to go to Chicago, have a bitchin' makeover, come back risk your life so you could close the gate and save all of us, again!" Mike was really good when it came to cheering El up, and E was also pretty good when it came to cheering Mike up.
"Mike?" Eleven said trailing off.
"Yes?"
"I think I see your twin brother..." She pointed at a boy, he had really dark brown eyes, almost black. He wore a Hawaiian shirt and jeans. Of course you could never forget his glasses! They a squared but roundly shape, the lenses made the boy's eyes look bigger than they already were. The smaller boy that was standing beside him had light brown hair, like El's. He wore a plain T-shirt, short shorts, high socks and a fanny pack. The shorter boy approached El and introduced himself.
"Hi, my I'm Eddie Kasprak and I believe you're my birdie since you are holding a sign with my name on it. Also I love your handwriting!" Mike's look alike looked at Eddie weird. "What? First impressions are everything! Are you jealous Rich?" The boy teased.
" Whatever you don't have a chance with her! You don't even like girls!" 'Rich' answered.
"Just like Wi-" El was cut off by Mike's hand on her mouth not letting her finish what she was going to say. Mike let out a nervous chuckle. She took his hands off her lips and mumbled " Your hands aren't as soft as your lips..." Which made him go red and his twin burst out laughing " Anyways, do you need help with your luggage?" She asked and Eddie nodded. "I am Jane by the way" then she started helping him to get his luggage and soon they weren't there anymore.
"Still with those giant-ass glasses I see?" Mike mumbled once Jane was gone.
"Still with your giant-ass humor I see!" Richie replied and smirked
