A/N OKAY y'all hey it's been, what, nine months? Nine months, just enough time to have a baby. So think of this chapter as my metaphorical baby.

Bonnibel woke up to sunlight in her face which meant Marceline was out somewhere, doing something. She glanced at the clock and it was early enough where breakfast was just starting, so Marceline likely would be there, and they still had a few hours left until group therapy. Thankfully. She decided she might as well get up and start her day, and with a stretch, got out of bed and went to the bathroom.

Soon out the door and by the breakfast line, she spotted Wildberry Princess of all people looking desolately into her plate of unsyruped pancakes. Bonnibel tapped her shoulder and Wildberry Princess turned around, nearly dropping her pancakes in surprise. "Oh, Princess! Oh, don't mind me," she sniffled, "my boyfriend just broke up with me again."

"Oh Wildberry Princess, I'm so sorry to hear that," Bonnibel said gently. "Is he still here or did he leave without you?"

She sniffled again, "He's still here, he's over there by the waffle table." Bonnibel looked to the opposite side of the room where Wildberry Princess's apparent ex-boyfriend was, stacking waffles onto his plate. Maybe she'd have some waffles instead.

"Why'd he break up with you?" Bonnibel asked, only half-interested at this point, thinking more about the idea of waffles and less about Wildberry Princess's breakup.

"He said he got a bad feeling whenever he was around me! Like something was watching him or something," Bonnibel turned her head sharply at this, "Oh, I don't know, h-he's just always so afraid of getting close to me!" Wildberry Princess blew her nose on a tissue she produced from seemingly thin air, and Bonnibel thought on what she said.

"He said he felt like he was being watched?" She certainly had her fair share of that with the cameras implanted in their room, and she was certain there was the other kind of 'watched', with the demon skulking around and stealing people away apparently at the foot of their beds.

"Y-yes, he kept saying that, but he wouldn't tell me what he meant! He's such a jerk!" Wildberry Princess said, dabbing fresh tears from her eyes with the same tissue.

Bonnibel thought on the odd encounter as she and Marceline sat down for breakfast, but decided against sharing it at the moment, considering a few of the staff members were seated nearby.

The breakfast transitioned into group therapy, which was consumed by the dramatic spectacle of Wildberry Princess and her ex-boyfriend being led out of the room once again. Doctor Skurk only sighed and shook her head, which landed them on the topic of healthy communication techniques. Bonnibel felt the entire thing was a waste of time, as she was the leader of a kingdom, and actually very much knew how to flipping talk to people.

Afterward, when they returned to their suite, she was surprised to see Marceline in somewhat of a panic.

"Bonnie, that was seriously weird! She kept giving me these looks," Marceline said, floating a foot above the bed.

"Who was?"

"Skurk, duh, she was freaking me out, like major bad vibes," Marceline said with a shudder.

Bonnibel hummed, giving Marceline a look and nodding her head towards the other side of the room, where they were possibly being watched real-time. She got up and walked to the bathroom, where she was much surer there wouldn't be any cameras unless the person who was behind all this was not only a creep but a closet weirdo. Marceline followed behind her, shutting the door behind them. "Behind here," she hissed, floating behind the shower curtains.
