Chapter 14

Amanda and I are currently in the arena fooling around. I'm working with Thunder on the jumps, just going over ground poles right now. I am so happy Ethan convinced me to breed Cobalt. After Thunder was born Ethan had given him to me. I want to breed Thunder to keep Cobalt's line going, just have to fine the right mare. He definitely took after Cobalt. He has threw me three times during his training. He is now six and still jumpy at times.

      "Hey girls, look what I found!" Ethan yelled spooking Thunder. He jumped throwing me off balance. I was able to quickly recover. I see Amanda jumping off of Daisy and take off running. I quickly grab her reigns before she could wonder off. I turn to see her jump on Steven, he almost fell catching her. He quickly grabbed her thighs regaining his balance. We all were laughing. "Hey Steven. Nice to have you back." He looks at me as he puts Amanda down. "Hey Sage, its good to be back." Amanda looks at me, "Do you-" "Go I got her." "Thank you Sage." I just laugh watching them walk away.

        I dismount as Ethan walks up to me. "I'm sorry about startling him. Are you ok?" I grin, "I'm fine babe. I just have to work with him." "I love you baby." I put my arms around his neck as he pulls me closer. I lean in to kiss him, he quickly deepens the kiss as he grabs my ass. I moan into his mouth, I notice my class coming up. And que the whistling, clapling, and hollars. I just smile as I kiss him one more time before pulling away. Almost eighteen years with this man and it feels like yesterday was our first kiss. "I love you to. Can you put up Daisy please?" He chuckles putting his arm around my shoulder. "Ya that is not a problem. I need to go check on Aaron. I swear the closer she gets the more gray hair I get." I just laugh at him.

       "MOM! DAD!" I look up to see Avery running. "Avery Harper you know not to run or yell-" "It's Aaron. She said her water broke." I look at Ethan, "Oh my God. Jack please put uo Daisy and Thunder. Class is cancelled." I say passing the horses to my T.A. We take off running to the house. We reach the cars as Steven is Carrying Aaron to the truck. I jumo in the back with her as Ethan gets in the driver seat. "Drew call Ryan." I yell as he puts the bags in the front seat. "I already did mom. He will meet you there. Go I have Avery." She starts screaming, I try to get her to calm down a bit as Ethan pulls on to the road. "Easy baby, in and out. Just breath Aaron." "Mom, I love you, but you are not helping! Ahhh" Ethan chuckles looking at us through the review mirror. I shoot him a death glare. "Trust me baby I know. Ask your dad what happened when he started the breathing exercises." "What happened Dad?" He glares at me, I just give him a smirk. That man is so dam sexy. "I passed out do to lack of oxygen. I came too to your mother screaming profanities at me and a busted hand. That was with Avery." We all just laugh at him.

       As soon as we pull up I see Ryan waiting with a chair. Ethan helped her out of the truck then help me out. He gives me a kiss then gets back in the truck. "Mom I want you to stay please! I can't do this alone." I brush her back trying to calm her. "Sshh, Baby I am right here, Ryan is here. You are not alone baby girl. Dad will be right in, he is just parking the truck. I'm not going anywhere I promise."
