As soon as we walk through the door Andrew pulled me to the side, he followed me home. "Aaron, Brandon is a really great guy. His son is adorable as well. Please give him a chance? He really likes you. If you did, you would be the first girl in two years. Truthfully, you are the first girl in two years. He doesn't even hook up with anyone. His ex really did a number on him. But please, give him a chance?" I smile as I give him a hug. "Thank you. I think I will. I really like him."
I see mom walk up to us. "Hey guys, whats going on?" Mom asked with a cocked eyebrow. Drew chuckles as he puts his arm around my shoulders. "Oh nothing, just Aaron met a guy." She smiles and looks at me. I punch his arm, he just laughs. "Ooohh, who is he?" "I met him at the coffee shop. Get this, he is actually one of Drew's friends." She laughs. "Really? Which one?" She asked Drew. He looks at her with a grin. "Remember Brandon?" "Ya, wait really? He is one good looking man" I look at her and laugh, Drew is shocked she just said that. "Oh ya I'm aware. I got to go change the baby." "Wait Aaron?" She yells after me. I just laugh as I go up stairs in search of my baby boy. I fine him in his room.
Am I ready to open up again? Am I ready for another relationship? To fully move on? I sigh as my phone buzz in my pocket. I pull it out with looking at the caller i.d. "Hello?" "Hey beautiful?" "Brandon? Hey, What's up?" I hear him chuckle. I bite my lip. "I can't stop thinking about. You are so beautiful Aaron." I blush as he compliment me. "Thank you." "What are doing tomorrow gorgeous?" Really? Oh my God! "Nothing... What did you have in mind?" "I was wondering if you would like to do something with me and the kids? I get Damon in the morning at nine. We can meet at nine thirty for breakfast, then maybe go to the park?" HE IS PERFECT! "I think I would like that. I need to talk to my mom about borrowing her car. I really don't want the kids in mine right now." "How about I pick yoh guys up? I have plenty of room for car seats." "It's a date!" I giggle as he chuckles. I'm blushing so hard. "It's a date beautiful." I look up to see mom smiling at me, She heard. "Give me a sec, I need to pass Anthony to my mom." "Sure." I lower my phone and voice. "Not a word!" I said as I look at her. We both giggle, "All I'm going to say is, I'm happy for you Baby. You deserve it Aaron. "Thank you momma. I will be in my room." I grab my phone and walk to my room closing my door. "Sorry about that." He chuckles. "Dont be. I like your mom, she is a sweetheart." I smile, "Ya she is. She is definitely my rock. So.. I have to ask, how old are you?" We both laugh. "I'm twenty seven. What about you gorgeous and your kids?" I giggle as I flop on my bed. I haven't felt this good in so long. "Well, I'm twenty six. Almost twenty seven. Scar will be three next month, and Anthony is three months." "When is birthday?" "June sixteenth. What about you?" "April twenty second." I laugh, he chuckled. "What's so funny giggles?" "My mom and Avery's is April twenty fifth." We both laugh. "God I haven't laugh this much in over year." "I love listening to your beautiful laugh."
We sit and talk for an hour untill there is nocking on the door. "Hey give me a minute, someone is knocking." "Sure." I get up and open the door to see Avery with Anthony. "What's up Avs?" "He is asleep, mom asked me to bring him to you." I carefully take him. "Who are you talking to?" She asked grinning. "By Avery!" I can hear Brandon laughing, so did Avery. Her face lights up. "Is that a boy?" She takes off for my phone. I have Anthony so I can't move as fast. "Who is this?" I put Anthony in his bed. "Avery Harper give me my phone!" "Nope! He sounds cute! Aww, Aaron are you blushing?" I can hear him laughing. "Fine! Twenty bucks!" He laughs harder, she counters, "Thirty." Ohhh, "Twenty five!" She smirks, "Done!" "Ohh you little! Get out of my room!"
I take my phone and give the money. He is laughing so hard her can barely breath. "I'm sorry Brandon. My sister loves to be a pain my my ass." "Did.... You..... Just.... Bribe... Your sister?" He sajd in between laughs. "Yes I did! Dam she is way to much like me! Seriously you want to know how I was at fourteen, Avery is perfect to learn from. I swear that girl is a mini me! Oh God!" We both are laughing now. "What is it gorgeous?" "Scarlett! Oh please God help me with her teen years?" We are both rolling now. I stop laughing as I hear mom yelling. "Aaron did you seriously give your sister money for your phone?" I open my door to yell out. "Yes I did! Mom we have a problem!" She yells back, "Ya your problem! You taughg her!" "Mom!" I stand there shocked. OH MY GOD! Brandon is laughing so hard I'm sure he is crying. "Oh my God my abs hurt! You beautiful have an amazing family! If I'm laughing this hard over the phone, I wonder what would happen if I was there?" "You would see how red I am." SHIT! I just said that out loud. "Really?" "Ya."
Anthony wakes up crying. "Hey I got to go. Anthony just woke up and probably TMI but I really need to pump." He chuckles. "Not at all beautiful. I think it's great you breastfeed, really helps you bond with him." I smile. "You are so perfect.... Shit! I really need to stop doing that!" "Please don't? I really like that about you. Besides it's nice to hear." I smile and blush. "It's true. But I do really need to go. I need to feed him and I have homework." "Ok beautiful. I'll talk to you in the morning. If you like you can bring Avery." I laugh at the last part. "Thank you Brandon. Have a good night." "You to gorgeous. Sweet dreams." Oh my God, I'm actually doing this. After he falls back asleep, I put him in bed and pump.
I make my way down stairs to see mom and Avery in the kitchen. I focus on my grinning pain in the ass of a sister. "You and I need to talk! This is getting to much!" "Oh please, wait till Scarlett is a teen. You my daughter, were a headache!" She just said that, my jaw dropped! "MOM!" I catch Avery trying to sneak off, "Avery park it!" I lean over the counter and look at her. "Sooooo, little sister remember how you told me about a certain b-" "Fine! You win!" That was easy! "Remeber Avery, I taught you everything you know, not everything I know!" Mom groans, "You two will be the death of me!" I smile as I look back at Avery. "Do we have a deal?" I hold out my hand, she slowly takes it. "Deal! You are so mean!" I smile at her "Pleasure doing business with you!" "Do I want to know?" We all look up at a confused dad. "No! I wish I didn't. Ethan trust me, turn around and walk away before they drag you into whatever they just did." I smile at mom then look back at Avery. "Don't worry momma, we understand eachother, right Avs?" She glares at me. "I will win Aaron!" "Have fun trying little sister. All I have to do is-" she covers my mouth with her hand. "Say it Aaron and deal is off!" I just lick her hand and laugh. "Eeewww gross!" "You are right, I don't want to know." Mom and I laugh as dad walk out.
