Walking back into my room, my heart was beating. Fast. I couldn't get over what had just happened. Michael kissed me? Me? Could I go back to working with him after that. To be honest that was the least of my worries, after trying but miserably failing to talk to Ney after he saw what happened I was scared to face him the next time, afraid of what he now thought of me.

**Flashback**

"Ney", I whispered. I looked at him with fear and guilt, an angry expression on his face. "Ney", I whispered again slowly walking over to him. Still nothing. "Please talk to me".

After staring at me for about a minute with a cold stern expression, he spoke lowly with gritted teeth. "What the fuck was that?".

"Ney he kissed me", I said. "I pushed him away as quick as I could". In the split moment I panicked, I certainly didn't want him thinking I was sleeping with the boss. Although we weren't in the best place at the minute, I was frightened he would tell Kylian. There are two sides to every story but Ney's side wasn't beneficial to me at all. He didn't see the full thing, he never saw Michael coming on to me slowly. I highly doubt Kylian would be alright on what had just happened.

I didn't know what else to say. He saw what he saw, with his own eyes and I didn't want him thinking I was lying just because I got caught because that wasn't the case at all. Opening his mouth to speak, my heart filled with happiness that he still had something to say, whether good or bad; however when Bruna came trotting over smiling, he quickly closed back up. I do love you Bruna but please go away I need to convince your boyfriend I'm not a cheat. Thanks.

"I've been looking for you two everywhere", she chirped, a happy expression on her pretty face. After noticing our awkward eye contact, she gave us a funny look. "What's going on?".

I was about to open my mouth to speak however Ney got there before me and what he said broke my heart a little. "Nothing. Savanna was just leaving, she doesn't feel well".

I felt my insides collapse. He didn't believe me. He didn't believe a word I said. The way he looked at me when he said that was so foreign, I had never seen him so bitter towards me. I frowned, trying to pathetically hold back a tear.

"Oh that's a shame. I hope you feel better my baby", Bruna smiled giving me a hug, Ney's eyes bleeding into me when I looked over her shoulder. I tried to give him a 'please stop and come talk to me' look but he was having none of it. Oh if looks could kill, I'd certainly be 10 feet under.

"Thank you", I managed to choke out dramatically touching my forehead to feel my 'temperature'. "I'm sure I'll be fine it's probably just the flu", I lied. I lied so damn bad. Walking away I tried to give Ney a last little pleading look but he didn't even try and make eye contact. Brilliant. So much for a friend. Making my way out the venue, my mind was only concerned about how Neymar would tell Kylian, would he do it nastily or just do it quick like ripping off a plaster, and the worst thing was I wouldn't be able to be there to defend myself and tell my side of the story.

God this was bad.

**End of flashback**

"Your back early", I heard a sleepy Kylian when I saw him sit up on the sofa as he rubbed his eyes. He must have fallen asleep watching TV. "Was Mr Ricotta not fun enough for you?", he joked laughing to himself. Ricotta.

"Yeah I just wasn't feeling well", I lied as I began to unzip my dress walking into my walk in closet not daring to make eye contact. I didn't want him knowing how upset I was. Slipping on my pyjamas, I was about to go into the bathroom before Kylian's frame appeared in the door way and I couldn't do anything else but wrap myself around him, squeezing him tightly as I buried my face into his chest. I knew he was surprised I had now shown full affection after being off with him for so long but I wanted to feel him and be close to him before Ney told him what happened and he wouldn't want to speak to me probably ever again.
