One thing I love about the Remus reveal is that I no longer have to feel sad thinking that Deceit spends most of his days isolated like all of our angsty headcanons suggested. Yeah it's true he doesn't hang out with the 'light' sides and doesn't see Virgil much anymore but at least we know he always has the crazy rat man that crawled out of the trash to remind him that their Christmas tree could look a lot better if it had a dead bird on top and not an angel
