Samurai I regretted sliding down the chute as it turned out to be for garbage. Landing on top of bags of it, the samurai immediately got out of the pile and looked at it. "Note to self: Always check chute before diving into it." He said to himself while the sounds of sirens were heard. Because the Ninja had disabled his mech, Samurai I had no choice but to run further down the alleyway so that he could evade the police, or even his Uncle Cole.

------

Just as Black Ninja and White Ninja came out of the chute as Cole then came up to them as they notice a trail of blood stains leading into the alleyway. "Down there, dad!" The Black Ninja said, pointing to the blood trail. "I actually struck the samurai."

"We'll head up the rooftops." The White Ninja said before Cole nodded his head and the two Ninja started climbing up to the rooftops.

"You two secure the perimeter." He called out to two officers before turning to the last one. "You, with me." They both got out their service weapons and ran down to see Samurai I, who had just placed his torn off intact and charcoal covered sleeve over his wound while tying up the torn pieces of his torn sleeve to try and keep it in place. "Freeze! NCPD!" Samurai I sees Cole and the officer aim their guns at him. Rather than surrendering, Samurai I immediately jumped onto the railing of a nearby fire escape. "Hey, I said freeze!" Cole immediately jumped onto the railing just as the samurai had climbed over it and started running up it. "Hold it right there!" He managed to get over the railing just as Samurai I was at the top floor. Not gonna catch up on foot, Cole had to start climbing up the railing, until he reached the top of the fire escape, to the rooftop.

------

But as soon as he got to it, the samurai was gone, only a small blood trail leading to the edge and went over to it, only to find no blood further on. "Damn it!"

The detective then took off just as Samurai I, who was hiding above a window railing, looked up to see him leave before getting himself onto the rooftop and looked at his wound. It had quickly seeped through the improvised bandage and was still bleeding. "That wound looks bad." The White Ninja was heard as Samurai I turned to see her and Black Ninja.

"So what if it is?" He asked, not in the mood for them. "If you'll excuse me, I'm gonna be late for a special occasion and have to get some cranberries."

"Not until we find out who you really are!" The Black Ninja replied as he soon charged at him.

Scoffing, Samurai I raised his gauntlet and sprayed his sleeping mace at him and the White Ninja, but only the Black Ninja falls asleep. "I am unaffected by your sleeping mace." The White Ninja said.

"I know." The wounded samurai replied before getting out an EMP grenade. "Time for your arch-nemesis." He drops the grenade which immediately went off, creating a shockwave which affects the White Ninja, causing her to stop and collapse forward, on top of the sleeping Black Ninja. Samurai I then looked at his still bleeding arm which had left a small puddle of blood on the roof before immediately dropping down into an alleyway. "I really gotta get this patched up for tonight."

While the young samurai ran, the Green, Blue and Red Ninja, still in pain, show up at the spot to see the Black Ninja getting up. "He got away." He said. "And he shut down Gabby."

"We'll fix her up at the monastery before we get ready for Thanksgiving." The Blue Ninja replied as the Green and Black Ninja pick the White Ninja up.

------

The wounded samurai knew it was Thanksgiving, and it would be at the monastery for the first time. "Aw, man." He silently said to himself as he stopped near a tree, looking at his improvised bandage, as the wound still bled, leaving a trail of his own blood behind. Passing through alleyways and trees, Samurai I managed to get home, vaulting over the railing and climbed up the garden wall to reach the open window of his bedroom.
