Ninjago: Samurai I

Last Chapter: A New Ninja

The next several weeks were no challenge for Cliff, Minnie and the Ninja. Once she absorbed her father's Elemental Power, and announced that she will start going out into the field, people started calling her the Time Samurai.

In Ninjago City, some samurai had exited the bank, carrying sacks of money with alarms going off. "Let's get going before the Five-0 show up!" One of them said before making a right into an alleyway, only to find the Red Ninja and Samurai I at the end. "Ninja and Samurai I!"

"Turn back!" Another samurai yelled before they make start turning back.

Unfortunately, as soon as they turn to the direction they took, they find themselves hit by a Stop beam, and were frozen in place. The Red Ninja and Samurai I look behind the samurai robbers to see Minnie, in a red, blue and green samurai suit and armour with a clock on it. She soon put a thumb up to the her allies. "These dishonourable samurai will have a lot of time behind bars trying to regain their honour." She said before she, her fellow samurai and boyfriend, and ninja went over to them.

Several days later, in an abandoned lab, a little girl was over a vat of acid, slowly being lowered. "Help!" She yelled at the top of her lungs. "Help me!" The White Ninja vaults over a man before turning around to knee him in the face, making him rise up, nose bleeding heavily, and raised a fist, knocking him down into the ground. Another man tries to charge at her, but the Black Ninja grabs hold of his arm, twists it until he heard the bone crack, lets it go, and backflips, kicking him back. While he was still on his hands, the Black Ninja soon spun around in a Spinjitzu tornado, knocking him into the other man, and stopped to see the girl's feet were almost to the acid. The White Ninja holds out her hand, firing a flow of ice that not only sealed the top, but froze the acid before the Time Samurai suddenly appears, cuts the rope, grabs hold of the girl before disappearing, and reappearing new to the two Ninja. The new samurai then knelt down as the girl then hugged her heroine. "Thank you."

In a warehouse, a man backed away before trying to land a punch on the Blue Ninja, but the Green Ninja managed to push her aside, and take the blow meant for her, knocking him down before he and three more men start to head for the exit. But as they ran, a small blue dome appeared in front of them, and end up inside it. "Oh no!" One of them said in slow motion before the Samurai I mech, with the Time Samurai in it, stopping in front of them. Once the slow bubble faded, the men were unable to stop, and end up crashing into the mech, knocking them all down.

Once the men were all unconscious, the new samurai looked to see the Blue Ninja take her hood off before taking off the Green Ninja's hood off to look at him, and they smile at each other. "Just like me and Cliff." She said to herself, referring to her and Cliff's relationship despite her being older than him.

The following morning, Cliff was told to head to the monastery for something important. Believing it will be another lecture, he complied. Once he entered the monastery, he found the training ground empty, and went inside. The walk along the hallway was also quiet. "Hello?" He asked before coming across the living room, and pulled back the doors.

The moment he did, explosions soon went off, and Cliff immediately did Spinjitzu, changing into his Samurai I suit, but the moment he faced the living room, Lloyd, Kai, Jay, Zane, Cole, Nya, P.I.X.A.L., Skylor, Seliel, Irina, Don, Joan, Max, Gabby, CJ and Minnie appear out of the smoke the explosion gave off. They were all wearing blue party hats. "SURPRISE!" They all yelled. Jay, Zane, Irina, Don, Max and CJ immediately blew some party horns.

Cliff was astonished as he took off his helmet, and lightly scoffed. "You did remember!" It was Cliff's 15th birthday today.

"Happy birthday, son." Nya said, coming over to hug her son.

"And I thought you forgot."

"It was all Minnie's idea." Joan said.

"Well, I wanted to thank you for considering me a friend." Minnie said, coming up to him and they quickly kiss.

"Oi, get a room." Max called out.

"It's my birthday, and I can do what I want." Cliff replied, blowing a raspberry at him.

"And here is your first gift." Lloyd said, coming up to his honorary nephew, holding a neatly folded grey ninja gi.

Cliff takes the gi and looked at it. "Thank you, Master."

"Give it a try." Don said to his new teammate.

Cliff smirks before soon doing Spinjitzu. In the tornado, Cliff puts his new gi on, removing his samurai suit, and immediately dispersed, showing him in grey gi. "I like it."

"Uh, but there is something else we wanted to give you." Max said, discreetly having a hand behind his back.

"Uh, what?" Cliff was curious as to why Max had a hand behind his back with the other Ninja sniggering. "What are you guys up to?"

Max then moved his hand out in front of him. What shocked Cliff was that his fellow Ninja was holding a pair of scissors. "Giving you a haircut!"

"Oh no." He started to back away as the other Ninja prepare to grab him, but he starts running away from them. "I like my hair this way! Minnie! Mom! Dad, help!" The adults just laugh until Don and CJ managed to grab hold of Cliff and Max moves the scissors close to him, ready to cut his hair. "No, leave it alone!"

"Hold still! I wouldn't want to cut you."

A few seconds of protesting later, Don and CJ soon let go of Cliff, who now had lightly short hair and no longer had the bangs covering the left side of his face. Gabby gets out a small mirror from her arm and holds it out to Cliff. He looks at his reflection and was surprised at how he looked now. "Much better." Joan said, impressed by her little brother's new look.

He smiled at his fellow Ninja, who smiled back at their newest addition to the team before alarms soon went off and they turn to the monitor to see some beacons flashing in the middle of Mega Monster Amusement Park. "Guess we'll have to have the party at Mega Monster Amusement Park." Don said before turning to the birthday boy. "You ready, Cliff?"

"Absolutely." The newest Ninja replied before they put their hoods on, and ran out of the room.

Outside the monastery, the six Ninja run down the stairs before jumping off the stairs, out of excitement. "NINJAGO!" They all yelled.

(A/N: And that is the end of Samurai I. But don't worry, there will be more of the Next Generation Ninja. But, I may need some help in a few ideas. Don't be shy to give me some. Also, please give lightninggirl15 some ideas on her Next Gen One-Shots story. I'm running out of ideas)
