Chapter 16

Shadedusk's P.O.V.

I went to see Flamespirit's kits.  Thunderkit, Tallkit, Windkit, Ripplekit and were so cute. But, there was something about them that was off. The other Clans looked at them way to often. It was like they knew them.

One night, I saw the kits sneaking to behind the nursery. I overheard them saying that they had to save the Clans from the cat-eaters. They also called each other Thunderstar, Shadowstar, Windstar, and Riverstar.

Blossommist has two kits, Featherkit, and Stormkit. Featherkit is a cream colored she-cat. When she was born, I heard Ravenstar gasp. Stormkit is a golden tom.

They quickly joined Thunderkit, Tallkit, Windkit, and Ripplekit. They even began calling themselves Dawnstar, and Firestar. They are such weird kits.

Squirrelpaw, Turtlepaw, Mistpaw, Breezepaw, Echopaw, and Leopardpaw have had there warrior ceremony's. They are now known as Squirrelfire, Turtletail, Mistdawn, Breezeflight, Echoheart, and Leopardshade.

Turtletail also hanged around the kits a lot with Mistdawn. Ripplekit always was with Mistdawn. 

Thunderkit, Tallkit, Windkit, Ripplekit, Featherkit, and Stormkit became apprentinces. I was the mentor to Tallpaw. Willowmoon became the mentor for Windpaw. Echoheart became the mentor for Thunderpaw. Leopardshade became the mentor for Ripplepaw. Turtletail became the mentor for Featherpaw, while Mistdawn was the mentor for Stormpaw.

All of the apprentinces were bored during the training. Tallpaw loved the ShadowClan territory, and pines. Windpaw loved the WindClan territory and running. Thunderpaw loved the ThunderClan territory, and mouse. Ripplepaw loved water, and RiverClan's territory. Featherpaw loved the way that DawnClan was, and Stormpaw loved FireClan.

After moons of training, Tallpaw became Tallshadow. Windpaw became Windrunner. Thunderpaw became Thunderwatcher. Ripplepaw became Rippleriver. Featherpaw became Featherdawn, and Stormpaw became Stormfire.

Ravenstar, and Flamespirit had more kits, named Greykit, Clearkit, Jaggedkit, Gorsekit, and Lightningkit, in honor of Lightningstar.

Lightningkit was imediatly drawn to Thunderwatcher. Greykit, Clearkit, and Jaggedkit grew closer than normal sibling. Gorsekit was drawn to Windrunner. Rippleriver became mates with Mistdawn. Turtletail couldn't be brought away from Greykit.

Greykit became Greypaw, and was mentored to Turtletail. Thunderwatcher mentored Lightningpaw. Gorsepaw was mentored by Windrunner. Clearpaw's mentor is Whiteflame. Jaggedpaw's mentor is Blossommist.

Greypaw soon became Greywing. Lightningpaw, Lightningtail. Gorsepaw, Gorsefur. Clearpaw, Clearsky, and Jaggedpaw, Jaggedpeak.

Greywing became mates with Turtletail. Gorsefur became mates with Windrunner. Mistdawn moved in to the nursery, and soon gave birth to Slatekit, and Flowerkit.
