On the fifth – the final – floor of the Cyberia Palace, in a grand hall, stood a round table with eight armchairs, which were now occupied by eight Captain Lords of the Seven Universes. Why eight, when there were only seven universes? – Because the eighth was the supreme captain of all the others, and the ruler of all the Seven Universes altogether – the Galaxy Pirate Emperor, Young Captain Blood Diamond, Arubah Arruroe. Now he was seated on the grandest scarlet armchair, wearing his imperial attire of the slouch hat, scarlet-and-black robes, and the black alligator-skin coat, and was drawing on the elmor dust pipe as usual. Around him sat the seven Captain Lords, each of them assigned to a single universe to govern upon and keep other smaller ship captains under control, ruling over the whole Pirate Fleet divisions as well as being responsible for whatever happened inside their universes where the Pirate Empire reached.
Captain Sinbad, Arubah's maternal uncle, was the Captain Lord of the Mordor Universe since no other entity was capable of surviving in there save for him (now Dohta, the Black crystal user too, had joined the pirate rows, so he was another candidate of becoming the Mordor Captain Lord if anything were to happen to Sinbad). His first-mate, pegacorn Diyuma was the Captain Lady of the Uma Universe – the original universe of hoofed creatures (since the pegacorn were their creators). Even though Diyuma served as a first-mate of Sinbad and not a captain of a ship, she was still put in the Captain Lady position since she was the oldest and the most experienced, as well as the strongest Uma species of the Pirate Empire.
Another first-mate too had been arisen as the Captain Lord, simply because his universe, just like Sinbad's, was too difficult to penetrate through and was accessible only to his species, therefore, his cooperation and lordship was crucial to access that place – it was Baxus, the Captain Lord of the Bakhassa Universe. Bakhassa was said to harbour the oldest creatures of all the universes – the Bakhal species. They were quite ferocious and hostile beasts. They smashed anyone who dared enter their universe, hence, not even the Radenoids or the Reptiloids – these two major colonists – had been able to get in that space. The only known Hermin species to have ever lived there was the wife of the Bakhal Bulkann (or the 'Lava Bakhal') tribal chief Garberbax Meelias: Julie Ilenne, a simple human and the late mother of Baxus. Furthermore, Baxus was the first-mate of not just anyone, but the very Galaxy Pirate Emperor, so everyone respected him as one of the finest pirates to have ever governed in the Pirate Empire.
Captain Ulmibrub the Octopus, whom Arubah had talked to before the council, was the Captain Lord of the Tengendah Universe, also known as the 'ocean universe', due to its peculiarities – a lot of Jok species lived there as it was the original universe of theirs. The Jok species included all fish-like creatures, and naturally, the fish native to Planet Earth too had initially originated from them. The Tengendah Universe was rich with water planets as well as some peculiar particles that permitted certain stellar fish to live and survive right in the open space.
Captain Uzma Zuzzas – the princess of the Hubassukk species – was the Captain Lady of the Fube Universe. Her father, Zarzar, had not-long-ago been killed by the Divine Emperor, hence, she sought revenge. The Moba species of the insects, the strongest of which were the Hubassukk – the creators of all insects and arachnids – were under her command. She, as a Hubassukk, was much an insect-like creature – with wings, antennae, multiple legs, and two giant eyeballs containing many tiny eyes.
Captain Horphius Nokbel, a Herpharus species native to Balal, was the Captain Lord of the Balal Universe, where Planet Cyberia – the pirate headquarters – was located. Like all the Herpharus creatures, Captain Horphius was over three metres tall, with dark grey complexion, strong legs like the Reptiloids, large head, no eyes, sharp poisonous fangs and claws, and a long tail able to strangle, whip, or pierce the enemies. He was able to 'see' with scents and energy perceptions. He much resembled those atrocious aliens humans would often create for various horror movies back in the twenty-first century.
